Amazing service and great quote price. They came to us and serviced my broken rear passenger vent window so quick! Less than 30minutes. Great men to work with. Definitely recommend and would call again for another fix! Update: They fixed my window quick, but I heard hissing from the window soon after driving my car. They came out to check it and forgot to pull the exterior gasket the first time. Said it was okay. I drove my car again and the hissing was still heard. Once they came out the third time, they were pretty reluctant in uninstalling and reinstalling the window until going on a test drive with them in the car to hear the hissing is still persistent. After the third visit, the hissing is no longer heard. Safe to say, probably an installation issue. Make sure to fully inspect their final work when they are done. I most likely won't be calling again for another fix. At least it was under workmanship warranty. read more

Don't be put off by the 5 star rating. I really did have a great experience with Civic. I had a windshield replacement. So far so good, haven't washed it yet to check for leaks but I tested freeway for wind noise and collision detection and all worked. My 2017 Malibu Premier is notorious for misalignments (Recalibration) for non OEM glass, so I was concerned when they told me that they have had no problems using/installing non-OEM. The installer was personable and efficient, showed up when he said ETA. Didn't have the correct glass and had to return to pick up the correct one. Returned promptly and quickly started work, took around 30mins. Only took about 45mins to completion wheras I thought it would take a couple hours. I was pleasantly surprised. The price is all inclusive -glass, installation, mobile service and most importantly for me, recalibration. The others I checked charged extra. The price was the best of them all. This business is on point. Sent out a quote search on Yelp and Najib from Civic Auto Glass responded quickly and was one of the lowest cost for my Tacoma. He had an appointment the next afternoon between 12-2pm. The next day I realized I had another appointment at 11am kinda far from my house where my truck was. Najib texted and said he will be at my house in 25 mins. I saw the text 20 mins after they sent it and I was about a half an hour away. OMG! I called my family to give him the keys to the truck and I watched him and another worker on my security cam while they worked. I was jammin on the freeway trying to get home in time. They had a platform to place the glass on and prepped it while also removing the existing glass, foam, and adhesives. They finished quickly and everything looked good from my cams. Najib was packing up his gear and so I called him and let him know I was about 5 mins away down the street. As I was pulling up, he was already packed up and waiting. I got out and checked out the glass. Najib told me what he did and everything looked beautiful. The blue tape had to remain on for another few more hours for it to dry and viola! Quick, Simple, Easy!
