They did a great job and saved me from a full windshield replacement. Traded the 23 for a 24. Driving to Elk Grove and I spot a known rock throwing trailer (heavy equipment trailer/big rig), mention it to my wife. I kept distance for a while but when I attempted to pass, I heard that sound. The lower right hand corner had a chip and a star the size of a quarter :( Came here, and because the chip is so close to the pillar, they opted not to perform the repair as it would melt interior molding. Contacted them after a $500 quote from safelite. They quoted about half and said they had the glass and could do it in two hours. I took the car over and found out my particular car was in L form so they couldn't help me because the glass needed was larger and needed to be ordered from Volvo, BUT they had vacuumed and sealed my open window so I ordered the glass used on EBay and brought it back because I appreciated their service. Turns out the eBay seller sold me the smaller glass so they couldn't install it BUT they repackaged my glass so it didn't even look like it had ever been opened and sent me on my way. Kinda mad, I called yesterday, Sunday for a quote to fix my 2015 honda accord windshield. They answered in a timely manner, told me they had my windshield in stock & can do it for $220. I said get, they said come in tomorrow at 9am. Great! I came in this morning arrived at 850am, nobody was here, I seen sign said opens 9am.. anyway I waited.. and I was parked only another car waiting in area I was.. no biggie, by 9am so many cars pull up and everyones rushing out. So i'm getting ready to walk to door by the time I get in there's already 4 people ahead of me. By the time I'm seen it's 924am... the guy did charge me $220. Okay. I phoned this company on Wednesday evening July 2, 2025 and left a message because it was after they had closed. I left my name and number and the services I needed repaired. On Thursday, July 3, 2025 a gentleman by the name of David called me at 8:03am. I explained what I needed fixing on my car which was the regulator on my driver side door. It went out and therefore my window would not roll back up. He quoted me a price of $348, out the door with taxes $382. That was for the regulator & the Motor. They expressed when one goes out it's best to replace them both. ok I agreed to the quoted price. He tells me he will call me back in 5-10 minutes. Well I'm at work not paying attention to the time, but around 11:30ish I call back to speak with David. The gentleman on the line whose name was Miguel, he tells me David is busy with a customer. I explain the reason I'm calling David told me he would call me back in 5-10 minutes and I was scheduled that morning to have my car repaired. However, Miguel goes on to say he's sorry that David did not call me back. but unfortunately David gave my appointment away. He also stated that David quoted me the wrong price. instead of $382, it would now cost me $482 out the door. Miguel goes on to apologize and say he's sorry and maybe I can call back on Monday. I politely told him thank you and hang up. In less than 30 minutes another gentleman calls me by the name of Rick and he tells me he's the manager. He heard about what happened with my appointment and the misquote, so he's apologizing for David. He claimed he spoke with him. He goes on to say we don't do business like this and before he go on he want to know if I still wanted their services because they wanted to make it right with me. He goes on to say I want to make you a priority, and we're going to come to you @2:00pm I said perfect. Shortly before 2:00pm Rick calls me back to say his technician went to the warehouse to pick up the part but when he got there they said they didn't have it, so the technician is going to another warehouse. It's a lil traffic out at this time so ur window will be from 2:00pm-3:00pm ok I'm waiting still. Rick calls me back and says hey he finally got the part with all the traffic ur window will be from 3:00pm-5:00pm. No one showed up by 3:00 pm, 3:30pm 4:00pm or 4:30 pm. I'm leaving work I get outside around 4:38pm. Their work truck just pulled up. But Rick said I was a priority. That was too many red flags for me I just couldn't do business with this unprofessional company. I politely told the man I been waiting on you all since 8:03am and your technician just show up at 4:38 pm. I told the barely English speaking gentleman no thank you and I will be calling on Monday. On Monday, July 6, 2025 Rick had the audacity to call and ask me did I get my car fixed. I politely told him I do not need your services, you guys are unprofessional and need to be ashamed of yourselves on how you handled me as a potential client. Low price and quick service but they couldn't completely finish the job...they say the window's motor regulator is bad so the window won't roll all the way down or all the way up automatically anymore and will require a trip to a Dealer or an auto shop that can recalibrate the computer. Good Window replacement, Everything else is bad. Tried to over charge me a for a Rain sensor that I already had previously on the old windshield. They would've just RE-installed it for a higher price. Only new thing they would've done when installing the sensor is mounting a new lens which you can do your self for a 1/4 of the price. Also they broke my interior side piece when installing the new windshield. Other then that they are good and fast solely for the windshield, expect them to break interior pieces and make sure you know how your windshield sensors work, built, and operate before your quoted with a "new" sensor install. read more
