Every time I go to Envision, I am haunted by the 'check in online' constantly until you do it and 'arrive 15 minutes early to 'check-in'. Well, I have two problems with this. 1) Filling out these forms online before your visit is already checking in. It says it right there. And of course, you can't do it just once. You have to do it, otherwise you're pounded with text reminders until you do and then you have to do it again a day before your visit. Like we have nothing else to do other than go through the check in process THREE TIMES, twice online and once at the facility. 2) Arrive 15 minutes before you appointment, well, I have a life, not much of one but it's mine. My time is important, just as important as anyone at Envision. If you want me to arrive 15 minutes early, make my appointment for 3:45 instead of 4pm. You're wasting my time with all of these 'check-ins' and as I said, my time is important to me. This policy is so 'strict' that arriving two minutes late at one appointment on the Oak Park facility due to traffic, they had me wait for 35 minutes before an office employee told me they'll be taking me in 15 minutes and 'sorry for the delay' for a CT scan that literally took 2 minutes at a different Envision. It took me longer to take all my metal off and put it back on than the scan did. When I complained, the woman told me I could talk to her manager and I told her, 'No, you can tell her. I don't repeat myself and it's just wasting even more of my time' I walked out and swore I'd never go back to that location. They were taking people that arrived AFTER me for more than a half hour because I was late by two minutes due to traffic. But this isn't the only problem location. ALL of them are like this. It's like a cult 'complete the check in forms online, do it again and arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in' and over and over and over again. And if you don't adhere to their policy, they make you wait. I will NOT arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. I will do my best to arrive AT my appointment time. Envision does not respect their clients and their time. In the future I will do anything I can to NOT go to an Envision center because of these two points. They must have gotten sick of getting complaints like this because there is literally NO WAY to make a complaint via email on their website. The only way I found was to put in a 'testimonial' on their site and I'm 100% sure this complaint will not be posted on their testimonials page but hopefully someone will see it and make a change, but I doubt it. read more

Front desk lady was unprofessional, loud and rude. I did not get her name but I heard her say she was from New York. When I went to check in she rudely informed me that I did not do my paperwork. I logged into the portal and it stated checked in. I told her it says it's finished and she argued with me saying I must have just completed it. I was not the only patient who was treated poorly. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time when the ultrasound tech came to get me. She said I was listed as "has arrived" but not checked in yet. I highly recommend this company do some training on how to appropriately treat patients. I will be scheduling my next appointment at another imaging company. read more

Decided to come to this location because I needed further imaging and it is closer to my house. The front desk woman who sits far left. Very RUDE and snatched my drivers license and insurance card from my hand and talked rudely. Not very professional at all. The lady who did my imaging was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I scheduled and confirmed an appointment with Envision Imaging on Pennsylvania Ave in Fort Worth, Texas. About 30 minutes later, I received another call to schedule the same appointment again, which reflects poor internal communication. When I explained that my appointment was already set, the representative responded with a rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful attitude. I am a hospice nurse, and at the time I was actively caring for a patient who was passing away. The way I was spoken to in that moment was completely unacceptable. I informed her that I would be speaking with her manager, as that level of behavior does not meet professional standards and would not be tolerated in my own facility. I did follow through and speak with her manager. I also contacted my doctor's office to report the situation and requested that my insurance, TRICARE (military), be used to find a different imaging facility. Personal issues have no place in patient-facing communication. Her conduct did not reflect the level of professionalism expected in a healthcare setting. I will be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this location. read more

1) Front desk person was awful, Hispanic lady sitting in the middle did not even greet me so I greeted her. 2) made her aware that I did not know they had moved. She responded that The address was on the paperwork completion online and I said yes, but it didn't say that y'all moved. Very unprofessional responses the right thing to say is I'm so sorry but I'm glad you made it here and no worries. We will take care of you.3) brand new offices and one of the lockers in the mammogram area did not work (#1). When I mentioned it to the lady waiting on me to help me with my mammogram she said oh yeah, we've been having problems with that...? Wouldn't that have been interesting or important to mention to me or how about just put a note on the door that it's broken ... Seems like common sense to me I'm glad I double checked it would've been a bad day to start off with my purse stolen! 4) nice new beautiful building and waiting area but the waiting area is smaller so be prepared if you have a wheelchair coming through it's a tight squeeze. 5) sunlight coming through the windows in the bone density screening area is blinding. Close the blinds or give us some sunglasses please. 6) I was so looking forward to my breast, cancer awareness, freebies, and there were none. They have been doing this in the month of October for the last few years I asked about it and they said there were none... Bummer. on the positive the bone density lady was sweet read more

Everything was excellent. I arrived a bit early. Went to the window to let them know I arrived. They gave me paperwork to fill out. I finished that in less than five minutes. My name was called immediately after completing the forms. They led me to the room for my MRI, asked me if I needed a locker, I declined since I had nothing that needed to be secured. Then the tech asked me if I needed a blanket, then asked me to lay flat on the table. I knew laying flat was not an option due to a shoulder injury. She then propped some nice soft pillows under the shoulder to give it some support to ease the pain. She let me know how long I would be in the machine. The test seemed shorter than expected. Then we said our goodbyes as she escorted me to the exit. It was a great experience. All around the staff from entrance to testing were excellent. I love a happy face and smile. read more

My mother recently needed an MRI on her hip. The procedure was lengthy, the contrast gave her a "burning" feeling in her hands. She then received a phone call asking her to come back in because the radiologist "needed more views." Her doctor found out that they actually imaged the WRONG hip. So, she was lied to and will not ever go back. read more

I was pushed to this location, as the Keller location is pending their new machine(s). I had a great experience from the initial call to the text confirmation, to the online forms. They also have filtered water machine in the building, which I needed as soon as I walked in the door. So that was helpful to me. Front desk was amazing, patient and understanding. They have a lot of workers here, which I thought was good. We want more working individuals to help out more patients. They also have (2) buildings at this facility. Plenty options to get you what you need. Which again, I must mention that the hospital in Keller was my closer option, but their x-ray's is down till mid-November! Crazy! This is probably my first time leaving a review anywhere. Such horrible service! It's my first time with them and highly disappointed! I have an appointment at 1:45 pm with the Euless location and you call me at 1:10 to tell me the technologist has a question about my order so I have to reschedule and that they couldn't reach anyone at my medical facility. I go out of my way to get someone from my doctors office on the line, reached back to the Euless location and she says the technologist can't speak now because she's seeing another patient. no signs that they called my clinic because there was no call encounter created. she wasmt willing to assist by finding out what question the technologist had while my clinic was on the call. She was only interested in asking me to reschedule on both calls. I took the day off and fasted for this. bear in mind the order was put through close to a month ago and I waited for this. Went in for a diagnostic mammogram and was told it would be $300. Months later I'm getting a bill saying I owe more than $400 extra. Being that this was my first mammogram, I took them at their word. I was told over the phone and in person at the counter that it would be $300; $600 if I needed ultrasounds on both breast ($150 each). The receptionist told me to sign the document, even though it was wrong because it included the price of the added ultrasounds, but if the extra procedures were not needed they would adjust my bill on my way out (lesson learned...don't sign anything that is incorrect!). Now, they are claiming that I didn't pay in full and that I do owe them more money. I will never return to this place. Nothing but liars. I will start recording my conversations with people so that I have proof of what was said. Ridiculous. Oh and BTW, they charge $600 apparently to self pay patients but over $3k to the insurance? Wow!! Talk about scamming the insurance companies. read more

I am a registered nurse and a cancer patient and this is a glimpse at my experience. This is the worst location I've been to. I have completed scans every 3 months for the last two years and had to get my most recent ones locally due to COVID. This morning I got to my appointment to be informed that they cancelled one of my scans without prior notification and when I questioned the employee she raised her voice, tried to make me out to be incompetent, and wouldn't properly educate or explain the situation from their point of view. Instead, she continued to tell me the same phrases over and over and then blamed the front desk schedulers for "not understanding the requirements necessary for imaging." The icing on the cake was the number of staff members walking through the waiting room without masks on and the number of people in the waiting room despite signs posted about waiting to be called from your car. I left with incomplete care, two attempts at an IV, and in tears. I will not be returning to this location. ETA: I was contacted today by their management and I feel like my concerns were validated and I was assured that they were going to be addressed. I appreciated her prompt response and she emailed me a link to access my results. I am choosing to complete the rescheduled scan at a separate location and was encouraged to call her back if I had any further issues at this location or any other location moving forward. read more

The two girls in the x-ray department were so welcoming and professional...had to remove some clothing for the scans and they took away the anxiety of having to do so. The group of girls at the front desk were quick and very professional, as well. They took time to chit-chat with guests and make them feel welcomed. Good team here. read more

Your office has a short wait time and the lady who gave me my mammogram was friendly and seemed very capable. The reason I gave the office a 3 star rating was because the technician who was originally assigned to give me my mammogram (a young Hispanic woman) was wearing a mask which gave little or no protection. She was wearing it below her nose and the mask had big openings on the sides. I asked her to pull up the mask over her nose and she did, but that did virtually no good. She said she knew her mask did not fit yet she was no doubt observed by your staff and was not required to wear a mask that fit. I told her that because her mask gave no protection, I would prefer to be assigned to another technician which she politely did. When I left I noticed that one of the managers had an ill-fitting mask as well. This is unacceptable. I will go elsewhere for my mammogram in the future. Thank you for listening. read more

My TCU student daughter went there today. She had to wait half an hour before being taken back. In these covid times most clinics don't have patients piling up in the waiting room. They never even told her sorry we are running behind. Don't know it they treat all patients this way or just young adults thinking they won't care. Make sure if you appoint here that you tell them up front running behind is unacceptable! Because as a health care provider myself, it is unacceptable! There's an imaging center on every corner! Really my only complaint was with regard to two things the covid check in process. You ask that we call from the car but the people answering don't communicate with each other, leaving me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. Also upon being told to go ahead and come in, one of the front desk personnel was really quite rude. She was too loud and a bit pointed with me when asking some of the pertinent covid questions which had already been asked prior to me coming inside (once again a failure to communicate with one anothe.) I understand the necessity of asking the questions she just came across as rude and uninformed, followed by hateful when I advised that I had already been asked those questions on the phone prior to entering the building. After I was seated and waiting for the technician that would do my mammogram, this same front desk person and the other young lady at the front desk began discussing a gentleman that had called in to the center. The front desk person that I had dealt with was going on about how the man just kept repeating himself and he was making no sense so he obviously had something wrong with him, and how they hoped that he would not call back. I don't believe they ever mentioned the gentleman's name thankfully, but their conversation was sincerely out of line and definitely not one for having in the front office in earshot of waiting patients. Neither of them had much regard for anyone else in the office, I would refer to them as inconsiderate at best and completely unprofessional at worst. read more

She personified customer service and treats each person as such: an individual, a human being. Her caring and efficient approach is truly appreciated. Waited in my car for 45 minutes past scheduled time until I got a call to come in. Still had to wait, stand a line and gave again all the information that had been provided over the phone. Once called back, the tech seemed to be having a bad day, and once in the MRI, no communication about how much time had passed or any encouragement. Over 20 years ago, I had a scan and the tech was very calming and reassuring during the immobility of the scan. I came in for a stat ultrasound on 08/28/2020 the ultrasound tech was extremely rude stated that he was out of his element, stating " aren't you supposed to swelling after surgery, who sent you here." I told him that my surgeon did because where I was having the swelling was not normal for the surgery I had. He then left the room several times calling my surgeon, and came back in stating that I needed to put my arm straight out to the side which I informed him that since I had just had shoulder replacement 4 days prior that I could not do that. He seemed agitated by that and stated, "well then I really don't know what you want me to do then, I guess I will do the best I can. During the exam he continued to press firmly on the arm while not supporting it at all knowing that with all the shoulder muscles cut I could not support it myself, when I moaned in pain he stated " Don't blame me your doctor ordered this". I felt that he was very unprofessional and extremely rude, as well as very rough considering my circumstance, and to make it all worse he was training someone the whole time so she heard everything that happened and how rude he was read more

The staff was very nice, professional, and all staff were abiding by Covid 19 prevention protocols. The website though is a little deceiving when describing the building, atmosphere and such. The website said that the atmosphere was "spa like" and "comfortable" while waiting for your test(s). The Pennsylvania Ave location is definitely not "spa like" and as a bigger woman, I would have appreciated a larger, better fitting gown to wear for my mammogram. The building, furniture and such is older and dark, not light and inviting at all. Also, I would have appreciated either a locking locker or locking room to leave my purse and personal items in while getting my mammogram. Other imaging centers that I've had mammograms and imaging done at have secured locking lockers/rooms, so that was a HUGE disappointment at this center. All in all, my experience was not bad per-say, but a lot could be done to make this location better. read more

I had good service. The techs seem to be in a hurry. The MRI tech was very impatient. He told me I had to be very still and that he was putting a weight on my ankle. I told him I can't straighten my knee out. He said that was fine. He tried taking the picture and told me I moved too much and he put additional weight on my thigh which caused me more pain. He again told me to relax but I was in pain and couldn't relax. He said what do you want me to do. I asked for something to support my knee. He said they didn't like doing that but I guess I have to. He made me feel uncomfortable and scared to move. He then turned on the music so loud the bass was rattling. Again I was scared to breathe or ask questions. Once we were done, he started moving the table be the headphones were still on my head and were pulling. Once he took the weights off, he tried to help me up. I told him to give me a minute. When I was ready to sit up, I felt like I was I interrupting him. He was impatient with because I wasn't moving quick enough but I couldn't reach the floor. I had to climb off the table. I went with my husband to his appointment and was shocked to see how many people were waiting in the lobby with me during the 45 minutes I was there. Had it not been for our air conditioning being out and the hot Texas heat, I would have waited in our car. This place is way too busy during a pandemic. The poor girls at the front desk were diligent but overworked. The thing that upset me the most was finding out there they are still letting people come in there who have the covid. I don't know the proper way and time to sanitize a room but the man was made to stay in his car until they went to get him and then they walked him through the lobby filled with people to go back for his appointment and as soon as he left the same tech was bringing back the next person. They were asking people questions over the phone when we call before going into the facility and they are checking temperatures which is great, but it all seems like a moot point if they are going to allow an excessive number of people in the lobby and allow people with covid to enter at all. The whole reason we came here for imaging rather than the hospital was because we thought it would be less likely to be exposed to covid. As a healthcare company you all need to do better. You are putting both your employees and customers at risk. read more
