    The key that took lije 4 hours to get.

    I am disappointed with the Zurich Key Protection Service sold through Envision Toyota of West Covina. My mom spent nearly four hours trying to reach the company to start a lost key claim, and no one answered. If a dealership is going to sell a protection plan, customers should be able to easily reach the company when they need to use the coverage. The reason this issue got resolved was because David G. Valera, my service advisor, stepped in and helped us in person. David was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to assist us when the key protection company was unavailable. He provided excellent customer service, answered our questions, and helped move the process forward when we were getting nowhere on our own. My question to the dealership is simple: Why sell a protection product that is so difficult for customers to use? A protection plan is only as good as the support behind it. While the experience with the key protection company was frustrating and did not reflect the level of service I expected when the coverage was purchased, David G. Valera was amazing and deserves recognition for going above and beyond to help us. I'll leave another comment once I pick up the vehicle. Part 2 I want to recognize David G. Varela for the excellent customer service he provided. I was having a very frustrating experience trying to get a replacement key through the third-party key company. Getting anyone on the phone was extremely difficult, and the process took far longer than it should have. Instead of brushing me off, David took ownership of the issue and spent a significant amount of time working on it until it was resolved. He was professional, patient, and kept me informed throughout the process. The only reason this experience ended positively was because of David's dedication and willingness to help. The dealership is fortunate to have employees like him who genuinely care about their customers.

    Honestly one of the worst car buying experiences I've had. They tried to add markups in the most shady way possible. On their website, they don't clearly disclose any markup. But the moment you walk in--before you even sit down--they tell you there's a $3,500 markup. After going back and forth, it suddenly "drops" to $500, but then they force you to take an additional $1,500 package. Then after "checking with the manager," it magically becomes $800 + $1,500. The numbers just keep changing depending on how much they think they can get from you. The sales attitude was also extremely rude and unprofessional. At one point, they even tried to grab documents out of my hand just because I was taking photos. If photos aren't allowed, just say it--there's no need to act aggressively like that. They act like they're the only dealership with cars and basically told me: "Just because we don't list markup online doesn't mean we don't charge it." I highly recommend going somewhere else like Longo Toyota, where pricing is transparent and there are NO markups. Be careful dealing with this dealership, especially: Jimmy Wei (Sales Representative, Mandarin speaker) John Masoud (Sales Manager) Very disappointing experience.

    Shiny Like a treasure from a sunken pirate wreck Scrub the deck and make it look... The floor and vehicles here are shiny. Opened last year the dealership looks and smells like a new car. Had to come for a recall service. Called ahead before bringing the car in jusy to make sure it wouldn't be a multi day event. Service rep said it would only be 5 hours as they just had to monitor after the replacement parts were in place. They have complementary drinks and snacks in the center of their show floor. I helped myself to a coffee and water. Also used the complementary shuttle home. Got a call a few hours later with suggested maintenance. Service rep was honest about the repairs saying that they were a recommendation. They even said the prices up front prior to my response which is awesome. So Envision shiny floors and Service visit this location. God bless

    I had a great experience at West Covina Toyota this past Saturday (3/7). I originally came in just to look at cars with my little cousin and help her check out some options, but thanks to the amazing service we received, she ended up leaving with a brand new Camry the same day. From the moment we arrived, Brandyn was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. We let him know we were mostly there to browse and see what was available, and he respected that completely. There was no pressure at all, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Instead, he took the time to understand what my cousin was looking for, what her budget was, and what features mattered most to her. Brandyn was very knowledgeable and walked us through several different options. He answered all of our questions and explained everything clearly, which made the process much easier to understand. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for someone newer to the process, but he made it simple and straightforward. What really stood out was how much effort Brandyn put into helping her get approved and making sure everything worked out. He truly went above and beyond behind the scenes to make the deal happen and kept us updated throughout the process. It felt like he genuinely cared about helping us rather than just making a sale. Even though it was a busy Saturday, the entire experience at West Covina Toyota was smooth and positive. By the end of the visit, my cousin drove off in her brand new Camry and was extremely happy. If you're looking for a car, I definitely recommend stopping by West Covina Toyota and asking for Brandyn. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and we really appreciate all the help.

    After a disappointing experience at another dealership, my little sister called Envision and was connected with Chaz. She mentioned she was interested in the RAV4 Hybrid and Camry Hybrid, and Chaz immediately invited her to stop by, even accommodating her last-minute visit. When we arrived, he had both cars pulled up and ready to go. He walked us through all the details with clarity and patience, making the whole process feel more like getting help from a friend than dealing with a typical salesperson. Though we later found out he was relatively new, you'd never know it--he was knowledgeable and went above and beyond. We threw a few unusual requests his way to seal the deal, and he made them happen without hesitation. Even during the wait between paperwork and financing, he made an effort to check in with us wherever we were in the dealership. Huge thanks to Chaz. Some say buying a car isn't like buying candy, but with the right salesperson, it sure can feel that easy.

I specifically asked questions about the "max trailering" package because I wanted to understand if it was worth it. After doing my research, I decided I didn't need it and didn't want to pay an extra $5,000. That's when the attitude really shifted. He kept pressing for a "final answer," and when I told him I had doubts, he abruptly said he would be "bowing out." Trying to still move forward on my own, I simply asked him which dealership the truck was coming from so I could follow up directly. His response? He told me to f*** off and refused to share the information. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly shady behavior. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you value transparency and basic respect as a customer. F this guy, dont work w him . Hes got a pushy attitude snd a two face, he really lived up to the "used csr salesman" shadiness.

To be very clear my 2 stars rating is solely based because one advisor by the name of Bradley Jackson. He was on point from the first time I called, first visit, and until things went downhill. (he wasn't working the day all this happened) I brought my vehicle in for mechanical repairs covered under my extended warranty. That was taken care of. I drove my car from their dealership to Pasadena, once there I got into my car after doing some shopping (1 hour after having my car back). My vehicle displayed a blinking check engine light color yellow, and it would not drive past 26 MPH. This happened around 3:30PM roughly 1 hour and 1/2 before Acura would close on a Saturday 12/27/2025. I contacted the dealer, they told me to bring it back, and that I should probably tow it to avoid getting stranded in the middle of the drive. I asked the service manager if he would reimburse me for towing my vehicle? The answer I was given is what corporate companies say. "If we check and it's not our fault we can't" I said fine, even though my car was last serviced by them and now it was acting up with issues. since I've had my car, I have never had issues (besides the required warranty work I brought it in for, which was a gasket oil leak. I was working with the warranty company to get it approved so they can replace parts) I drove 26 MPH on the slowest lane from Pasadena just so I can make sure I got to the dealership before they closed. When I got there, they took my car in, but I was also told they did not have any loaner cars available. (you are a dealership, but I guess this can happen) so, I didn't have a ride to use while my vehicle sat in their lot for 2 more days. I know they don't reimburse Lyft's or Uber's, since they don't reimburse having your car towed back to their dealership after they caused the issue. I didn't bother to ask. I took 2 extra days off work just so I can stay in Los Angeles to be able to pick up my car on that next Monday the 29th. They also did not have an Office manager onsite that day I had issues. (maybe this would have helped) I spoke to JC I believe his is the service manager, but he could not help with the concerns I've expressed here. for a dealership that has the most 5-star ratings and the highest rating on google of any Acura Dealership in southern California, this is surprising. The Customer service on the floor between the Operator, Bradley, and Amy at the check-out desk was excellent. The rest, I want to think it was coincidence, but no one had solutions or answers to the issues at hand in real time that occurred that day.

I was looking for a Type-S MDX and was told they didn't have any and to try Montclair dealer instead. There was no effort made to show me a different model or potentially track one down for me.
