PLEASE NOTE: Despite the managements' very quick and defensive response, my experience was what it was, and nothing can really change that now. I saw what I saw come off my nails and it was not okay. Period. Again, IF TRUE, this could risk people's well being, which is the only reason I gave a review in the first place. Be safe people! And make very wise decisions as a consumers. Insulting people and name calling will not change my experience at the end of the day. I decided to go here last minute. The experience there was not too bad, the service was very "quick and go." Come forward to this week, I decided to go to my regular salon in Chula Vista, have my old set removed and get a new one. I was told by my nail tech there that she was sure the previous application of my acrylic was done with MMA (a cheaper version of monomer) which in my understanding, it is not safe or legal to use for nail enhancements. I didn't get pics of my nails while removing the product but I will attach a picture of Google to give an example of the removal look. Please be aware of the safety standards of all nail salons. If true, this seems extremely unethical and unsafe for all clients!!! Ask your technician if MMA is being used!! This could of lead to a serious physical injury to someone sensitive to harsh illegal unsafe chemicals like MMA. read more

Based on other reviews I read, I recommended this nail salon. But after I saw their workmanship and nail products, I was disappointed. After just 2 days, the gel polish started chipping off one nail. By day 7, 4 nails were damaged and their polish was coming off. The work wasn't done well and the polish they used was too thick and bubbly. I wouldn't recommend this place and wonder how they got such high reviews. After communicating with Liam, we were offered to return to the salon to get the nails redone. Two chipped nails were redone at no additional charge. Thank you for making it right. read more

This place was on a few top nail salon San Diego lists, so I gave it a go. Made my apt four days ago online, it was confirmed within the hour of making it which was lovely. I arrived five min early to my apt, was told to pick out a color - after ten min I was told they were running a bit late and I said can you clarify what that means and she said a few more min, to which ended up being 15 min past my appointment time. The pedicure was ok, she did a nice job callous removing but the massage felt rushed. The gel manicure was a mess, power tooled my old gel off, and then sloppily applied new gel nail polish. There's pieces of cotton under layers of polish, it's all over my cuticles, it's a mess. I'm giving a two because they were clean, but I won't be back. read more
