I signed up for a new client special to get 15% off and by the time I was ready to pay I showed him the code and then he proceeds to tell me it is only for gel pedicure only. They then proceeded to call the manager and she says the same thing. I find it really disappointing that it's very misleading to say for any services but then say it's only for a gel pedicure and not a regular pedicure. They should update the website and specify that. I needed a quick wax before the holiday weekend. I come in right when they open and ask for just a simple underarm wax. The lady went over with hot wax on my armpits 3 times and couldn't pull much hair. After she realized she couldn't do it she said to come back tomorrow because the cloth for waxing her boss bought wasn't effective. Leaving one of my armpits red, irritated, and sticky after. At least they didn't charge me but it's insane to me that they couldn't get any hair. I've been to many salons for waxing but this was a joke. They should have their licenses taken away or not even offer the service at all and just stick to nails. I have a waxing machine at home but I was tight on time which is why I was willing to pay to have the service done. I have been waxing for over a decade and I instantly knew her technique to spreading the wax to pulling. Everything about it was terrible. I will not be coming back. read more

I came in on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised--no wait time at all, which is almost unheard of on weekends! I had my nails done by Kevin, and he was amazing. The design is cute but there is gel polish on the skin surrounding my nails and some of my nails hurt a day after getting my gel x done. I believe the nail tech was extremely harsh with filing down the sides of my nails to be flush with the extension and he went too far and shaved off my natural nail too deep. Another one of my nails hurts around the base and the skin is red and sensitive. Im sad that the service wasnt what I was expecting and that my skin/nails are in pain and irritated now. If you're expecting the colors to match the swatches, they don't. The color I asked for came out MUCH darker than the sample and looked like a completely different color. When I asked for it to be changed because it didn't match, the nail tech gave me attitude and was much rougher with my nails/hands. Mind you it was not busy at all when we went in but she did mention that I was making her spend more time on my nails and their was just ONE PERSON waiting. She hastily put cuticle oil on my nails after and then kind of threw my hands back at me and shooed me away. So rude. Never going back. I was left with nail dust all over me and a half a**ed gel mani. read more

My manicure lasted a long time and did not chip; it felt like great quality. I am usually pretty rough with my nails during travel and they held up pretty well! However, at the nail lounge, I didn't get the "star treatment" others wrote about in their reviews. I was not offered a beverage or snack, but did see that other patrons were enjoying some snacks and champagne. Bummer to be treated differently. At time of payment, it was communicated to me that their credit card terminal was down again so they asked if I could pay cash or Venmo (they pointed me to each person's Venmo QR codes taped to the front desk). I've been wanting to do Disney nails for my Disney trips for a long time, but have had so much difficulty finding anyone who is really good at nail art. Went there for the first time for a gel mani and pedi. I had two different technicians working on each. Pedi was fine but the mani came out horrible. It's messy, uneven, and it already chipped off on my right thumb. After leaving, I found cuts on my hand likely from the technician filing too rough. This place is awful! These people are total scammers! My husband and I went there yesterday to get a spa pedicure. The lady that runs the place gave us a price list and descriptions of each spa pedicure. We both chose the diamond pedicure which stated very clearly $50!!! So we got that pedicure. My husband checked out and paid. I was still getting my toes painted. When we got home he gave me the receipt and they charged us $88 each pedicure!!!! That's $78 more total! That's crazy. So when they opened in the morning the next day I called them to clarify why they did this. The same lady that gave us the list when we were there said that the pedicure costs $88 and I told her the list she gave us said $50 and that's false advertising and very unethical to show different prices in the salon. She proceeded to tell me I'm wrong. And both my husband and I know what price we saw. Then I just looked at the website and it says $88 that's crazy. You can't show two different prices in store and online. I will never go there again I don't like shady people that scam me out of my hard working money and lie to me. Next time I will always look online before I go to another one and then also take a screenshot of their price list in store so I have proof and report them to the better business bureau. Tried this salon out for the first time to do our nails for my cousin's birthday and they were absolutely amazing! Jenny did an amazing job on my cousin's design. She really took the inspo for the nails and made them her own! Very cute and girly Kevin did such an amazing job kid with my cat eye nails. Tony really took the time to carefully shape and perfect my sister's stiletto nails. Everyone in the shop was super sweet, friendly and welcoming, they even gave us cuticle oil as Christmas gifts! I wished they had been honest when I asked if they could recreate the design I showed them. They didn't ask what color, or shape i wanted. I asked twice to get round nails, but I somehow still ended up with a square shape. The picture I gave had a grey purple color, but they painted magenta & cured it before asking if the color was okay. what they gave me barely resembled the design I showed and was messy/rushed. The service is not worth the 80$. I wanted to give this place another try but this is my 2nd time going here and both experiences have been the same. read more

This was by far the worst experience I've had getting my nails done. A man did the job, he was shaky, anxious, did the job really quickly, got white paint all over my hands and around my nails. I asked for French tip and this was just the sloppiest job. My nails looked terrible at the end. He also used the tool that shaves down nails haphazardly. There were several times when I yelped in pain. He also did not clip any cuticles or skin on the side of my nails. The whole thing looked terrible. After the job, I went to one of his colleagues and showed her and she looked at my nails and couldn't get the white paint off with alcohol so she used a tool to literally scrub my raw skin to get the paint off. It was so painful. I told the manager I am not paying for this. She looked at my nails and saw that I bite my skin, and she was like "look you bite your skin!" I said, "that has nothing to do with this shit nail job!!" So she filed them down and pretended to fix them. When I went to pay she didn't give me a discount for this horrific experience, instead I over paid by at least $20 which is way more than any other place I go to. She handed me a cuticle cream and said "I'm sorry." Well F-you! I didn't deserve any of this nonsense. You're charging $120 for a mani pedi and you do a job like that? You're out of your minds. I'm never going back there and I want a damn refund for the pain and suffering this experience caused me. read more

I went to Jolie based on a friend's recommendation. I've been twice. The first time Kevin did my nails (full set, acrylics) and he did an excellent job. After that experience, I was set on making Jolie my go to nail place. The second time I went to get a manicure Michael did my nails. While he is a very nice man, he cut SOO deep into my nails' sidewall and the pain has not subsided after three days. I've never felt this kind of pain from my fingers before. At several points during the session, he used a metal tool to cut deeper into my sidewall. I winced several times and my face clearly showed that I was in pain. Frankly, I should have said something at the time. Worried about the area getting infected, I now have 3 fingers covered in bandaids and the pain is constant. Even though Kevin was wonderful, my last experience was so off putting and painful that I will not go back to Jolie. Someone really should speak with Michael about his work. read more

This review is long overdue, but here it is anyway. Early March I brought my Mom in to get gel manis with me for my baby shower. It was mid-week and we didn't have appointments, yet we were both seen right away. I was very pregnant at the time (about 37 weeks) and the nail artist was super accommodating and friendly. We had a good chat and next thing I knew, my nails were done. They sparkled beautifully in the sun. My mom's nails came out equally as nice. I have been getting my nails done since I was 14. And with confidence I can say this is one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. My first impression when coming into this nail salon was how modern and clean the place is. They are very meticulous with the way they do things. Both Kevin and Susan did my nails. They did better than the photos I had show them for reference. They are both talented in what they do. Susan gave me the most relaxing leg and foot massage! Sandy was another worker from the salon.
