I could come in with the most beat up nails (I pick at them when stressed) and Sophia will literally build them back together. These ladies are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable! I pay $110 for a french pedicure. While the price is higher than other salons, the quality is incomparable. Even though it's not recommended, pedicures here last 5+ weeks. I've been a loyal client at your salon for over a year, which is why I'm so disappointed to be writing this. Unfortunately, today's appointment was the final straw, and I've decided I won't be returning. Over the past several visits, I've noticed a decline in the quality of service. I've repeatedly had technicians who struggle with basic shaping, and I often have to explain the shape I want multiple times. Even then, my nails end up uneven, with each nail looking different. I've also noticed the builder gel is frequently applied unevenly across the nail bed. Today's appointment was by far my worst experience. After completing my manicure, the technician began applying the builder gel and top coat without filing or shaping my nails first. I had to ask if she was planning to file them, and she told me she would do it afterward. In all the years I've had builder gel manicures, filing is done before the final application, with only minor touch-ups afterward. When she asked what shape I wanted, I explained that I wanted something between almond and oval because, during my previous visit, I asked for almond and left with nails that looked much closer to stiletto. I also specifically asked for them to be a little bit shorter since my nails had grown quite long. Instead, she took the first nail and cut off far more length than I requested. It was so short that it could barely be shaped anymore. I immediately said, "Oh my gosh, that's way too short," but instead of acknowledging my concern or discussing how to fix it, she simply continued. From there, every nail ended up a different shape. Some were round, some oval, some almond. At that point, I honestly felt defeated. The pedicure became equally uncomfortable. After what happened with my hands, she seemed hesitant to file my toenails at all, asking after nearly every stroke of the file if the length was okay. I continued to politely say "a little shorter," but instead of guiding the appointment professionally, she became visibly frustrated. At one point, she responded by saying, "I can't read minds." That comment made an already uncomfortable situation much worse. Throughout the appointment, I felt like I had to minimize my disappointment just to avoid making things more tense. I repeatedly said, "It's fine," because I felt uncomfortable with her attitude, not because I was happy with the service. Before leaving, I asked if she could at least make my nails look as even as possible, and she did go back and make some adjustments. I appreciate that effort, but the final result is still inconsistent and far from what I expected. I paid approximately $170 for my manicure and pedicure. At that price point, I expect not only quality work but also professionalism and customer service. Instead, I left feeling upset, uncomfortable, and as though I was inconveniencing the technician simply by expressing concerns about my nails. I'm sharing this because I've genuinely enjoyed coming to your salon in the past, but the consistency and quality have declined significantly. I'm visiting from Chicago, and needed my feet done. I had NO CLUE what a Russian pedicure was, but found this local place open and available. Place was easy to find despite me not being from here. It was clean inside; and busy when I arrived at 5pm on a Sunday. I noticed there were no traditional pedicure sinks, and I was super confused when I arrived LOL. I was a bit nervous with the drills being used to remove my polish, but all seemed to go well. I chose a cats eye nail polish that required a magnet so it was a $10 up charge. Again, I had no clue what the cats eye nail polish was, but it looks pretty. All and all, the service was great and very labor intensive for her. I was there almost 2 hours. The only reason for my four star review was sitting on the bed for that length of time did not feel great on my tailbone. My nails look gorgeous though! read more

I never write reviews, but what happened to me here was so shocking that I feel obligated to warn anyone considering this place. I was a loyal client for over a year. I trusted them, recommended countless friends, and always believed I was in good hands. But this last month turned into a nightmare. My nails started breaking just days after my appointment. something that has never happened to me anywhere else. I ended up coming back three times in one month because of issues that were 100% caused by their work. And instead of taking responsibility, they acted like it was somehow my fault. But the worst part? After their technician damaged my nail, it actually started bleeding and it still hasn't stopped bleeding properly. This has never happened to me before in any salon. They are clearly hiring girls who are not trained or not professional, and then expect the client to pay for their mistakes. And after all that, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they sent me a cold message saying they "can't take me anymore." After a year of loyalty. After I brought them so many new clients. After their work caused actual damage. The lack of responsibility, the unprofessional attitude, and the way they treat returning clients is unbelievable. This is hands down the worst service I've ever experienced. If you care about your nails, your money, or your safety- go somewhere else. Save yourself the stress and the pain.
