i used yelp's quoting feature and got in contact with about 5 different vendors to replace a driver side rear glass on my q7 that was broken on a snatch and grab a couple days before xmas. paramount was very responsive to any questions i had and actually came in lower than any vendor for OEM glass. in fact, their quote for OEM was about the same as the lowest quote i received for aftermarket. i was able to get an appointment within a day after xmas. the technician that came by did a great job on cleaning up the broken glass inside the door and the interior. about 1.5hrs later the job was done. couldnt even tell that the car was ever repaired. When the first technician was replacing the quarter glass window on my Tesla Model 3 he broke the plastic piece on the new window that needed to align the moldings. When the second technician came to replace it with the new window he insisted that I don't look when he was working. When he finished and asked me to check the work, I found that the molding next to the glass was heavily scratched see attached picture. The scratches very close to the place were moldings were not aligned after installing the fist window, therefore, I have inspected that area very well before he started installing and I am 100% sure the scratches were not there. The technician has lied to me that those scratches were not there when he started to work. Because the technician insisted that I don't look when he was working he could have replaced my molding with another scratched one or scratched it when he tried to allied moldings without replacing the window or when he was removing the window. read more

Working with Laura at Paramount was the best. Someone smashed in my right rear quarter window two days before I was leaving town. I reached out to Paramount based on a referral from my colleague, and explained my situation to Laura. We determined that only OEM glass could be used (the car was too new) and that it would have to be ordered. Needless to say, I was concerned about leaving town with my car in that state, but had no alternative. I heard from Laura the next morning that the glass had arrived and that someone was available to fix it immediately. Within a couple of hours, I had a glass tech working on my car and in less than an hour after that, my window had been replaced! I will never take my business elsewhere. The price he quoted me was less compared to other places so i booked the installation for the next day 2-5p Oh and they said they will come to you to install it which is awesome. The next day, their installer came at 2 and called me on my cell but unfortunately i was not there coz i was stuck in traffic coming back from DT. When I got in to drive I felt like I was wearing someone else's prescription glasses or I was under water. Did anyone else have this experience? We got a treadmill, and it was loaded wrong on the truck ,about 10 feet away from the drive way, Mike my BF yelled stop your going to run the stop sign so instead of running the stop sign I hit the break, the treadmill came flying through the back window, we called around and a lot of the rates were steep, then we got a quote from Paramount Auto Glass the price was right, they came out the next day but didn't have the right glass piece so he came back the next day, and replaced the glass cleaned up most of the glass due to there was a lot of glass, but overall he did a great job! My car got broken into yesterday by some a**hat during daylight. This morning, I tried to find a place that would be able to replace my window same day but no one had availability until next week, which would leave me carless for the next 6 days. Called Paramount and within 2 hours was able to have a technician arrive. The office staff were super friendly and helpful. The technicians were quite thorough, spending 1.5 hours getting all the small bits of glass out of the car and making sure my trunk didn't rattle with glass remnants. They did an excellent job, and the glass looks exactly how it did before the break-in.
