I had the best experience working with them. Incredibly responsive, easy to communicate, received very competitive quote and appointment scheduled so quickly. The technician came to us and fixed two of our back passenger windows that were shattered when steer parked (including that little quarter window in the back that's harder to fix). Helped clean up the glass that was everywhere inside. All fixed in a little over an hour. It looks perfect. It was completed within 15 hours of contacting them. Amazing! They responded very quickly, arranged an appointment very quickly, and went above and beyond to fix our rear window! Freddy, the specialist who came to fix the glass, was very personable and professional. When it turned out that a part of the rear windshield wiper was stuck, I had terrible visions of the cost and difficulty of getting a new wiper - but instead, he temporarily installed the glass so we'd have a rear window, took the part home and got help from a friend to get it apart, and came back the next day to install everything. Short Version: LIFESAVERS! They come to you, are reasonably priced, do excellent work, and are wonderful people! Long Version: I went out to dinner w a friend tonight in Oakland and came back to find one of my car windows smashed (nothing to steal but that doesn't stop them) at 9:30 pm. Everywhere was closed, my go-to place didn't have an appointment via their online scheduler till 36 hours later, and I had to work a job the next morning which required that my personal car be neat and presentable. I frantically did a Google search, found AnyHour, and called. Jeremy was fantastic & they had the glass in stock. After no more than 30 mins, a few simple questions, and prepayment, a repairman was assigned to come out to fix the window. The repairman and Jeremy arrived within 45 mins of my payment, and the car window was replaced, tested, and immaculately vacuumed within 45 mins of that. Plus, their price was very competitive and more than reasonable for a middle of the night repair. $235 for the window replacement and labor. Very responsive and did good work! I was surprised to see they didn't have any Yelp reviews. My car window got smashed in the evening on a Sunday. I texted their business number and while they weren't able to get out that night, they had someone by my house to fix the window by noon on Monday. The last time my car window was broken (a few years ago) the glass repair person put in a window that was never quite seated correctly. This new one seems to be better so far! Called AnyHour Auto Glass on a late Saturday evening in San Francisco after a break in. They met me at the parking garage and cleaned up the damage an installed cardboard to enclose the window. They ordered the part and repaired the window at my home in Brentwood early Monday. The communications were top rate and the repair men were experienced and did a great job. I recently had my car broken into and was in a tailspin of panic. I called around asking for quotes on getting my front passenger window replaced after a "smash and grab". All the businesses I contacted quoted me at least $450 and would need to be scheduled in advance or wait for parts. These guys are different. I spoke to Jeremy on the phone was one of the friendliest customer service people I have ever come into contact with. Then, Victor came out and fixed my window within a couple hours of my calling in, with a professional demeanor that put me at ease. They also charged me $261 + Tax, $200 less than the other businesses out there doing the same service. I would definitely recommend that anyone needing a window or windshield replaced use this company. They are based out of Berkeley CA but came out to help me in Sunnyvale, which is almost 2 hours away in traffic. read more

my car was broken into the other night and the rear window was smashed. When I found out at 5am, AnyHour Auto Glass was the first company I called because they were located down the street. Jeremey (I believe that was his name) has amazing customer service. He answered the phone right away, was able to schedule me in after some coordination within 10 minutes. He was really accommodating with my work schedule that day- literally told me he would meet me at his office whenever I could fit it in my schedule that day. He kept me updated throughout the repair process with brief text messages. I was able to pick up my car the same day once I got off work (repair was completed within a couple hours after the incident). He cleaned the inside of my car and made sure there was no broken glass anywhere. read more
