This doctor's office used to be the best and I appreciate the care and the service they provide. But ever since Epic Care took over, everything just went down the drain! I gave them slightly more than a year to get things figured out and I'm done. This place is a nightmare, to say the least, and I would advise that you all STAY AWAY unless you have no other option. To begin with, their doctors and physician assistants are excellent. They know what they are doing and they provide the care that you expect. So this is definitely a good thing as, after all, this is why anyone would go to the doctor's office. What are the problems? 1) Wait... And lots of waiting. Even with appointments, I've waited for up to an hour even when in the examination room. Once is fine but two times in a row, it seems too much of a coincident. I would appreciate it if they learn to value their patient's time! And if this is a recurring incidence, it would be helpful if they learn to schedule longer appointments and not schedule patients back-to-back in 15 minutes intervals. It just makes sense to correct it. 2) Still seems to be unorganized in getting their ducks all in a row from paperwork to getting test results ready before the appointment. Come on, the upgrade to the patient management that you had was supposed to help, but it sure doesn't seem like it. I may give it one more try and will make my ultimatum after that. read more

This review is for my experience with DR. NIAZ - ONCOLOGY. Dr. Niaz is wonderful. He is professional, and does not rush me during appointments. I take responsibility as the patient to come prepared with questions about my ovarian cancer and treatments. He answers my questions directly and concisely, in a way I can understand. I feel that he does care about my personal case and I can trust him with my treatment which really is trusting him with my life. read more

Honestly we are so disappointed for the lack of equipment such as wheelchair. My mother in law is in pain and she can't walk. The clinic should have an available one. My husband and I carried my mother' in law and nobody assisted us in going inside. The MA: Maria, should have given us a full assistance despite that the clinic can't provide wheelchair. Don't waste your time they don't respond in time and delay your paperwork work. Dr Prodditoori's office caused me to Lose my job due to their lack of communication and delayed paperwork for my release. Paperwork was filled out in November 5th and they called me last week dec13 to send me to paperwork after I told them about possibly losing my job because of it. Stay away from this clinic, my aunt had seen an endocrinologist Dr Anand regarding her diabetes disorder. This doctor seems frustrated when you ask questions, very hard to understand, talks to fast and always in a rush. Doesn't like meeting her patients in person always wants to do telehealth appointments from the confront of her own home majority of the days. I do not find that this doctor is knowledgeable about patients disorders and dismisses symptoms. Will be looking for another endocrinologist. read more

Scam scam. Guarantee you will get an unwarranted bill in the mail. I was billed conveniently $333.34 for a phone call. Total of 587.95 but my insurance covered 254.61? This is extremely bizarre. This was for a 10 min phone call with my supposed primary provider that I couldn't see in person because of Covid. I chose Dr. Vladimir Titov as my primary doctor and wanted to use one of my two annual visit with my primary doctor. I was completely shocked to see this bill from them. When you attempt to call and talk to a representative in billing, you get put in a nightmarish loop to where the call ends in an automated voice saying, " goodbye""(at least 5times before the phone hangs up) what a nightmare and untrustworthy Healthcare provider. Disapointed in the service and Dr. Titov, im extremely proud of myself for the patience and resilience to not lose it, instead write this review to warn of this catastrophe, not exagerating. Unwarranted medical billi g is the worst, it could kill.. Please beware! this is my very first review. Ever! I think that should say plenty. A star for the Epic care representative that has no idea about billing but suggest emailing the chart people on the website so they can call you back. I saw Dr Eile, cardiologist a few weeks ago, she is an amazing Doctor, so kind and patient. She explained everything to me in layman terms. I felt so comfortable with her. I am glad I was referred to her. However the office staff, while I was waiting for my visit, gossip and chit chat about the doctor. It is in the ear shot of all of us in the waiting room. They seemed like mean girls giggling thinking this is funny, but it is so unprofessional. I can name one of the gals but not trying to put it on a yelp review but her name began with an M. If you can get pass the staff, you will enjoy Dr Eile! read more

This clinic should be called "Epic Fail". The front desk staff is not trained to handle patients let alone any kind of medical question. The young person at the front desk today muttered something unintelligible to me today when I asked for a refund of my copay since the appointment could not be met because they did not order the correct blood work. They did refund my copay. Forget about calling them, all calls are forwarded to a call center in Los Angeles and you will have to listing to an annoying message that repeats every 30 seconds. It is not possible at all to reach a doctor with any questions by phone. I was scheduled for a CT scan with their PARTNER Bay Side Imaging, and they could not get the blood work done right beforehand, for their partner and their patient. This is medical care 101 folks. The first time they did not send the blood work to the lab and when I showed up for a scheduled appointment they had no idea why I was there. So the CT scan was cancelled by them and had to be rescheduled. The second time I picked up the blood work orders personally from the Epic Fail front desk and they still did not order the right blood work. I tried to call both Epic Fail and Bay Side Imaging and you just can't get through to them. I wrote an actual letter on paper and sent it to the doctor in the actual US Postal mail and it's been three weeks and crickets! I went today for a check up based on some blood work that was drawn in early August and again! they did not order the right blood work. Do not trust this clinic with your health care. You will not be treated like a patient here. They just run assets through their system to collect profit by some company located in SoCal. read more

The staff and Dr. Titov are the ones I interact the most. My actual doctor is Dr. Fakiri and I am not a fan. She was suppose to get back to me about lab results and never did. She is only in the office two times a week. The last time I went she introduced herself and said nice to meet you, but that was my third time seeing her. Granted I am not sick a lot and she has other patients, but she should be reviewing the people she is going to examine. I feel that it is unprofessional to not follow up with your patients if you say you will. I have been try to get answers for over a week. My complaint about the office is they have a patient portal that does not work and do not seem to be concerned. One day they were so busy all calls went to voicemail and I had to call back the next day because no one got back to me. At first I felt like this was a well ran practice, but I am not sure. read more

I made arrangements to come in a week in advance to get required vaccinations for a trip out of the country. When I called this morning to confirm they told me they weren't doing those vaccinations this month because their stock had expired. This wouldn't have been a big deal if they had told me last week when I made the arrangements, but now I'm stuck scrambling to find an alternative before I get on a plane. read more

I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer a year ago, and was connected with Dr. Le Tran, Dr. Kankapati and Dr. Korah, all located at Epic Care in Dublin. While the scans, biopsies and genetic counseling were no picnic, and the process of diagnosing and coming up with a treatment plan took longer than I had expected, the doctors were both compassionate and competent. Dr. Le Tran did an excellent job of minimizing my scaring from surgery. The doctors were all patient with my many questions and took the time to make sure that I understood the options and possible side affects, as well as expected recovery time from surgery and radiation.The radiation staff made me very comfortable during my treatments, offering a warm blanket when needed. My only complaint would be that it sometimes took a little longer than expected to get a call back from the doctor's office. My father has multiple myeloma and has been going to Epic Care for about 6 months now. What a wonderful place!! Everyone there is sweet, caring and professional!! And Dr. Cannon Miliani is fantastic! He has been my Dad's doctor for most of this time, he is sensitive, caring, professional and has a great demeanor!! His warmth and great sense of humor make visits ok to get through. His wonderful smile makes my parents feel at ease. The nurses are helpful and patient as my parents are older and sometimes ask the same questions twice. We would not be where we are today without Epic Care. I wish there were more Epic Care Centers out there, the world would be a better place!!
