Once I had them fax it and they faxed over a blank piece of paper. I ended up going home as I already waited over an hour and took time off of work. If you call EpicCare they act like they don't know what you are talking about. I ask for a doctor order every time and just print it out myself. Quest Diagnostics said EpicCare is always doing that to patients so save yourself some time and get the doctor order yourself and print out at home.

And I was taken by surprise when I suddenly started to get bills from his office without any insurance taken into account. Apparently the office switched about the time I started with them to a different health insurance, without letting me know. This review is based on a few appointments I've been to now pre and post covid. They are always…read morerunning late, each time we have been here it's at minimum a 30-40 min wait after the appt time to be seen. That's just not acceptable. The office needs to either see less patience or create a more efficient system. It's not ok to expect people to be at a drs appt for a shot and take over an hour. Although the staff is pleasant it's just not worth the time commitment you have to make for what takes 10 mins once seen by the dr.

I gave them slightly more than a year to get things figured out and I'm done. This place is a nightmare, to say the least, and I would advise that you all STAY AWAY unless you have no other option. To begin with, their doctors and physician assistants are excellent. They know what they are doing and they provide the care that you expect. So this is definitely a good thing as, after all, this is why anyone would go to the doctor's office. What are the problems? 1) Wait... And lots of waiting. Even with appointments, I've waited for up to an hour even when in the examination room. Once is fine but two times in a row, it seems too much of a coincident. I would appreciate it if they learn to value their patient's time! And if this is a recurring incidence, it would be helpful if they learn to schedule longer appointments and not schedule patients back-to-back in 15 minutes intervals. It just makes sense to correct it. 2) Still seems to be unorganized in getting their ducks all in a row from paperwork to getting test results ready before the appointment.
