Once I had them fax it and they faxed over a blank piece of paper. I ended up going home as I already waited over an hour and took time off of work. If you call EpicCare they act like they don't know what you are talking about. I ask for a doctor order every time and just print it out myself. Quest Diagnostics said EpicCare is always doing that to patients so save yourself some time and get the doctor order yourself and print out at home.

And I was taken by surprise when I suddenly started to get bills from his office without any insurance taken into account. Apparently the office switched about the time I started with them to a different health insurance, without letting me know. They are always…read morerunning late, each time we have been here it's at minimum a 30-40 min wait after the appt time to be seen. That's just not acceptable. The office needs to either see less patience or create a more efficient system. It's not ok to expect people to be at a drs appt for a shot and take over an hour. Although the staff is pleasant it's just not worth the time commitment you have to make for what takes 10 mins once seen by the dr.
