DO NOT RECOMMEND - Unfulfilled Contract and Poor Communication Stolen Deposit I hired Epic Roofer after receiving an estimate from a representative named David Neith. We signed a contract on May 5, and I paid a $1,000 deposit with the understanding that the roofing work would be completed within approximately two weeks. As of June 20, no work has been started, and l've received only vague excuses and repeated delays. Despite numerous attempts to contact Mr. David Neith for updates or a refund, he has not followed through on the promised services or give us our refund back. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels like a breach of contract at best and at worst, a potential case of fraud. I am contemplating now to report this matter to local law enforcement. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and avoid working with this company I want to speak to the owner of this company and get my $1000 deposit back. read more

I had several companies come out that claimed to have "lowest prices". I got quotes up to and exceeding $40k for a flat roof with a pitched perimeter (common in La Habra). First of all, I like to give an applause to Epics Roof group from salesman Adam to construction people Julio, Nelson. I am a skeptical person since I have had a lot of bad services people coming to my house fixing stuffs. Part of me wants decent price, but good service. However, most of the case, you get what you pay for. So I got a lot of quotes from different companies. Read their reviews, but I wasn't sure since some companies do it for really cheap and some are really expensive with same materials. One day I came across instagram ads, I clicked on it. I contacted the company and they gave quote right away. The price was just right, so I wanted to start right away. But then I checked their reviews, I found a negative one. I got scared and told Adam I want to wait off. So months passed, I checked their review again and I saw a lot of happy customers. And here I am. I contracted with Epics to do my roof. I am very happy with everything from start to finish as scheduled and planned from Monday to Friday, done. I also did my ceiling insulation. Overall, the process went smooth. I had no problem so I didn't have to contact them yet. Now I need to check with the rain. read more

If you're looking to get a new roof replacement, definitely do not go with Epic Roofing. First, they'll come give you a quote on the job and during the job they'll increase the bill..Second, they're very dirty and messy left a bunch of nails and trash on my property and my neighbor's property.Third, they respond to phone or texts messages days later or don't respond at all. Fourth and foremost during the job they will damage your property and ask for someone else to come fix the problem that they damaged. The way they wanna make up for it, is offering us a $200 Amazon gift card. I highly recommend you guys look for someone else to get a new roof done or a replacement. To start things off, we simple would NOT recommend Epic Roof Replacement to anyone. I would advise to look for a more trustworthy roofer. Things started out just fine, good price, good communication, until the day our old roof was removed. That night we got a call from someone (who had never been onsite) saying we have $5k in wood replacement and possibly $10k to re-deck the entire roof. After we picked our jaws up off the floor, we asked a lot of questions, and asked to talk to a supervisor. Now, we know that there are unknowns before taking off roof, but when the estimator looks in your attic and says "I don't expect much more than the included 30 linear feet of wood replacement", certain expectations are made and in our minds. Now speaking to the supervisor, we hear a different number for linear feet of wood to be replaced, which would remain inconsistent between personnel of Epic staff throughout the remainder of the project. After a long conversation, I asked to have them meet me at my house so we could walk the roof together, looking at all wood to be replaced. The number we came up with together on required wood replacement...$1,600. Quite the different between $5k-$10k. They were just trying to screw us over and get us to pay a huge change order, when we presumably had no other options since we literally had no roof over our heads at this point. From this point on, we lost all trust in the company and that didn't help when communication dropped off and received little updates. Now that we are dine with process and inspections, I am having to fixed dents in house siding, repair areas (not where where did work), cleanup oil stains on my driveway, and still pick up nails around the house before my kids or dog steps on them. To sum it up, do not use EPIC. they are not trustworthy. read more

I am so disappointed... i hire Epic Roofing to do the roofing job. Communication - poor, job - after they redone my roof, it rained inside my garage. I contacted company rep Julio to come and redo the job, in August during hurricane when it was storming in LA, and also sent the video of water leaking through the roof, was promised that they will take a look, but no one ever contacted me back, or even showed. Horrible. Did very sloppy job, and demanded pay right away, but when the time came to fix things that were supposedly be done properly, never showed any concern - they got the money, why would they care.
