I lost track of how many msgs I left, probably around 10. The site stated hrs of operation is 9am to 9pm. I started calling in the morning and it is now 7:15pm and I never received a call back. If they aren't going to have a receptionist, I would expect them to check their msgs throughout the day and return the call. I don't know how they stay in business if you can't even make an appointment. I even tried the online booking service and they never got a response either. I wanted to try this salon but if this is their customer service I am not impressed. I have never had a hair salon where they not only don't answer the phone, but don't even call back. Who does business this way?

When my mother's mobility became an issue, Linda was generous and compassionate enough to come to Mom's house. She is a true gem! I thought Linda did an excellent job with Mom's hair, but did not consider her for myself until my long-time hairstylist moved out of state. I was devastated! I have curly hair (2A - 3A) and like a cut with a little edge. I had attempted at least five different hair dressers, with varied success, none like my previous stylists. My 20-something nephew had a fresh cut and I asked him where he went. His response utterly surprised me: "I go to Linda, who use to do Grandma's hair." What?! I drove over to Infinite Hair Design. The salon is located in a non-picturesque area in a characterless building...but that is inconsequential. Linda spent an hour with me, working my hair: blending and smoothing out the mistake of the cut I walked in with. End result: Fabulous! I love my hair cut! And equally, I paid less than I had at every other salon! It's a win-win!

First off, let me start by saying they do offer a quality service. The problem I have is with the…read moreshady practices they use when locking people into sales then including hidden installation fees. My wife went to them for a hair color and extentions. She was told she would need to put 660 dollars down for the treatment then for the extentions and then they would be installed the next week. We asked if there would be any extra charge for installation, and didn't receive word back nor did they say anything before they talked me into the appointment for her. A few days after the stylist got the extentions she then told us that it would be 120 dollars for her to install them on top of it.. I have done contracting and have run many of my own sales and estimates, and never has it been okay to get someone to make a major purchase of hundreds of dollars. Then later on hit them with hidden fees of hundreds more since they are already locked in for a large amount. That is incredibly disingenuous ​and an amazing way to loose customers instead of having repeat clients. There is no reason to not tell the total cost up front, if the client doesn't want to pay that. Oh well, someone will probably, there is no reason to hold back hundreds of dollars of extra fees for installation when you can just be up front about it just so you can lock in a sale.. thats bad business, and they have definitely lost mine.

The Hours are very convenient. The Barber Tony was excellent; he not only gave me one of the best cuts I may have ever had, but he was friendly and we had great conversation. She used like 3 colors and used plastic wrap- totally cool technique I had never experienced before! My high lights are the best they have EVER been!! She then proceeded to show me where my hair was cut wrong, how many inches she needs to take off in order for it to be healthy. Any question I had, she answered no problem. She cut my hair, layered it and straightened it for me so I can see the layers and it is beautiful! I will be coming back in a few months for a trim but I recommend this lovely lady to anyone!!
