So my mom and I were headed to another location to eat and decided we wanted something a little lighter. So of course I check out YELP... was I disappointed...No. We came across epic wings. First off let's talk about the service. Ian was so friendly and a whole lot of fun with his southern self. He engage customers and made you feel really welcome. Next let's hit that ambiance... they have a nice eat in area where you can watch TV and wait for your order or you can dine in. Very casual and comfortable. Next up the food....my parents were like we only want a couple of wings. Let's just say they got there grub on. We had honey barbecue, lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. At the last minute I asked for a side of fries which came out piping hot and were super tasty as well. So in review food delicious, service amazing, atmosphere fun and easy going. Everything went so well that my mom ended up using them for a backyard game day party. Wings were a success....

Today I attended the Grand Opening of Epic Wings, Hemet. This location is located in a Target shopping center off Florida Avenue. There is plenty of free parking and the restaurant offers dine in and take out (no patio seating). The location is brand new so it is very clean and modern inside . All of the seating is are low top tables. They have two flat screens inside playing sports and play trendy pop music in the background. They offer traditional wings, boneless and strips along with veggies and warm, fresh baked bread . They also have fountain drinks and beer on tap. I ordered the strips in medium and the wings in hot. I thought both were good - their sauce definitely had vinegar a lot of vinegar in it which I prefer on my wings ! I was really happy that they don't skimp on the sauce here , my wings were covered and then some ! The ranch was thick and tasty , and the bread was so soft and warm with plenty of seasoning ! I would also like to shout out the staff that was onsite today , they all were very friendly and welcoming !

I literally just picked up a online order. I ordered tenders and wings. I ordered the tenders extra wet / extra sauce and they looked and tasted extra dry. The wings were good. But I'm very disappointed in the tenders and this is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at any epic wing location. Truly disappointing Btw also only one small ranch for 3 tenders and 6 wings.

The facility was nice and the girl taking the order was friendly. Prices are kind of high for the portion sizes and quality of food I ordered the tacos special 9.95 for two small tacos and a soda. My daughter has come and raced about this spot, so I tried it but wasn't blown away. The reaper sauce was good, had a good kick to it.

This should be more red than orange, this is HOT????

Okay, this is the third time I have said I'm leaving a Yelp review after eating here, but I'm actually leaving one this time. I don't know what's going on at this location, but the last 3 times that we've ordered food, the strips have been dry as hell. They are flavorless and such a freaking disappointment. If I'm spending $60 to eat out, I expect the food to be good so I don't feel like I'm wasting my money. They need to put MORE sauce on the strips and/or wings. If I get hot, my mouth should be tingling, I should be able to smell the sauce over the bread. When we got in the car after picking up the order, I could smell the breadsticks, that's a red flag. I guess the solution is to ask for extra sauce on the food so it actually has flavor? SUPER, SUPER disappointing, I will probably be switching over to Wing Stop because this has been such a let down the last 3 visits.

They are super accommodating, and service is pretty quick. I've never been disappointed with any of the items. Definitely recommend getting their strips naked with sauce on the side. I like my chicken strips are crispy! Love, love, love them! read more

Best wing spot I have ever tried. It is a bit more pricey than other wing spots however it is totally worth it. The customer service from the moment we walked in was absolutely amazing. Walked in last night and a man greeted us and then took our order. The ladies are all so kind and helpful, you walk in here to a bunch of smiles like they love their job. The tender meal is amazing the bread and the veggies are perfect. They have good crunchy wings with so much flavor. They have the food out to you fast. 10/10 experience. read more

I love epic wings and things they have THE best wings hands down I always order the mild buffalo strips with the garlic parm and easy on the sauce and they are the bomb! The blue cheese is the best so thick and chunky and the breadsticks are always crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside! Customer service is good and doesn't take too long at any of the locations! Highly recommend. read more

First timers! I had the bone in wings with medium buffalo sauce and I have to say they were pretty good! They were a little crispy which I like and I really like that they were drenched in sauce that's just me, breadsticks were also pretty good. My husband had the Epic fries and he really liked them. I was excited to have an epic wings in Hemet. This store just opened their doors last week so why are they serving OLD CHICKEN strips. I couldn't wait for the doors to open but ordering from there today was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! The skin was so hard I couldn't eat it. I tried cutting the skin off but the meat inside tasted bad. Save your money, travel to Temecula, their food is always fresh! read more

Tried Epic Wings for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed, staff was friendly and helpful, priced just right, the wings, well... they were Epic! I enjoyed the medium buffalo and honey bbq sauce, what was really out of this world was the soft, fluffy, chewy, garlicky bread sticks... damn, that was the best bread sticks I've ever had. I'll start off by saying the customer service was excellent; Katryna D. who took order was very polite and helpful. We ordered the family meal; lemon pepper bone in, fries and their so-called epic fries "honey bbq"... The best part of the meal was the rolls, they were pretty good, the fries no salt & warm not hot, the epic fries were just an understatement and the chicken itself was under season; spices on the skin only but when you bite into the chicken no flavor. I have been waiting for this place to open and was hoping for so much more. read more

Service was horrible waiting over 15 mins for my food to be given to me after 2 girls who have been standing at the counter telling me my food wasn't ready after already having my first and last name. Wast till another girl came back from her break to read off names and give people their food, anther man waiting longer than me to get his food. The staff was very professional and yet so down to earth and so friendly and bilingual. And they have beer!!!! Very social place without the big crowds. When I got my first order they forgot my bread sticks. I called and they said I could get them next time. Next time comes and I order the exact same thing. When I come to pick up my order they do give me my previous order of breadsticks. I get to my car and realize they once again forgot my original breadsticks. I go back in and they tell me 4 minutes. Then 4 minutes later I watch every last breadstick get handed out to all dine-in customers. My phone dies. I eventually ask the guy next to me what time it is. It had now been 10 minutes. No comment from the cashier's, just stares. I left and will never be returning. If this is the attitude of the staff I'll take my business elsewhere. Which is a shame because I really prefer epic wings to buffalo wild wings. I don't understand why I was not given priority when I ordered my food before anyone else who was eating in that restaurant and my food was getting cold in the car. Also it was my birthday, so thanks for that. read more

They have potential. I like my wings crispy. If I had known I would've been served my wings dripping wet, I would've asked for my sauce on the side. They got a little soggy that my wings weren't as great as they could've been. But, the meat was cooked perfectly and the medium buffalo sauce had great flavor! It was just too much sauce that it made it soggy :( Also, it's slightly inconvenient the way they have the business set up. I wish they had two sets of doors because in order to get out of the restaurant you have to ask the people ordering to move out of the way. Which I don't like having to do. read more

Wings here are amazing. Seriously the best not soggy and great sauce options. Personal fave is bbq hot but garlic medium and sweet chili also good. The server Corey D (from my receipt) had an atrocious attitude at this location. I have been to other locations I know what they offer on their menu and she had such an attitude because she seemed to know what I was talking about. I get being new but like hmm let me look or see is a totally fine answer. The freaking mountain of attitude and eyes full of disdain because I'm trying to be a customer we're not cool. Idk it was a weird and off putting experience even though the food is delicious and her trainer helped her input my order correctly. read more

In January 2024 I ordered Epic wings, I ordered the Epic Fries. My son got sick, I also got sick, I ended up going to the Hospital and reported Epicwings to the health Department. The hospital did tests and it all just showed as Food Poisoning. I was in bed for 2 weeks. It was the worst. They investigated the restaurant and they found several violations. The first time I called the location and left a message for the manager/owner to call me back and he didn't, I ended up going to the restaurant talked to him in person and he was supposed to get back to me, I have texted him and no Response. Now I have a big bill from the hospital. I'm leaving this review because the owner needs to take responsibility and get back to me. It is such a shame that this location ruined one of my favorite places to eat. If I could do a Zero Star I Would!!!! read more

Epic Wings in Hemet has consistently provided great service each time I've visited. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The food is always served hot, which is a major plus. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the wings makes it worth it-after all, what isn't overpriced these days? I also used Yelp's delivery service recently, and I was impressed. The delivery was fast, and the food arrived just as hot as if I had picked it up myself.
