This place was so busy on a Friday night and they deserve it. They are located behind Mission Valley mall in the Living Spaces shopping plaza. Updated, very clean inside. Ambiance was a bit loud. They absolutely killed it on value, taste and customer service. I had the 4 boneless mild [I'm a wimp] meal which was under $12 after tax. Came with ranch, carrots & celery, 2 delicious breadsticks, and 4 very good size boneless wings. In this time of price gouging, I found that very reasonable. Customer service was excellent and the boneless wings really hit the spot- cooked to perfection & so moist. Our experience at Epic Wings was AMAZING! Kaitlyn immediately greeted us and welcomed us in. She sat with us and walked through the menu and even shared the history of the franchise. We ordered a variety of things ranging from the lemon pepper bone in wings to the pizza to the chicken pizza sticks and everything was fresh and scrumptious. The dipping sauces are made in house and taste exceptional. The guys tried one of her beer recommendations and were extremely satisfied. The establishment was extremely clean and family friendly. I work near this location. Every time I order via phone, it's always ready in 15 minutes!!! I love the Mild and Lemon pepper wings, cooked to perfection. If I'm not in the mood for wings, the mild tenders are delicious. Individual combo comes with two breads. Their bread is always on point! Love the fast and friendly service here. Truth be told, I was always a tenders guy back in the day when I first started going to Wing n Things, but now more of a traditional bone in. I'm pretty particular with my wings and always order them extra well done. I forgot to do so, and it didn't matter. I ordered the 12 piece combo (half lemon pepper/ half bbq med). I was told they no longer have garlic parm....WHAAAATT? That's like a BBQ restaurant not having brisket. Blasphemy! SMH. Let's be honest, we're really here for the breadsticks, aren't we? Order comes, and the lemon pepper are PERFECTLY crunchy with every bit. And juicy on the inside. 10/10. The BBQ/med were pretty decent, but because they're sauced up they get cold and soggy rather quick. Word to the wise, eat the sauced wings first. Overall, Wings n Things doesn't disappoint. Wings are cooked perfectly. Wait time was maybe 10 minutes. And I don't mind paying a bit more for quality food. This is good quality. I have always been a fan of Epic, even when they were known as Wings N Things. All locations are great, but this location will always be my favorite, because the staff is very friendly and makes sure you are satisfied. I find it easier to order ahead by calling in or ordering online, since they are always busy. They have chicken strips, bone in wings, or boneless wings, which are all great but the strips are the best! I prefer medium garlic chicken strips and adding garlic is a game changer!! I never knew you could add garlic and now I will never get them without. You always get juicy chicken, I have never had an issue with it being dry, and the breading is thin and crispy. Buffalo chicken fries and pizza sticks are also so delicious, but they are very heavy, so make sure a bed is nearby for a nap after those! Epic is perfect for catering any of your parties, your guests will love it! Unfortunately, only bummer about this location is they don't have the salads! Overall, there is no false advertisement, because they truly are Epic! read more

I'm not a huge wings fan. I can barely eat 4-5 pcs of wings, so this review is coming from a non expert. I really like Epic Wings because of their freshness and sauciness. Usually when I try wings, they're so dry. Their wings here is soaked in sauce I don't even need anything on side. Their side veggies are also very fresh. I enjoy their flavors too. I think their garlic bread is ok, but other than that everything is tasty. read more

I love the chicken tenders or tenderloins these guys make. I always get them plain, given I like to dip them in blue cheese sauce. I always get the four tenders with the bread sticks and veggies combo for about $8. The tender were well prepared. The all white meat was tender and juicy, and the breading on the outside was crunchy and lightly seasoned. A touch more seasoning as they come out of the fryer would be just grand. Great tenders nevertheless. The buttered bread sticks were terrific too. They came warm and soft with a buttery texture, which is always important. I love those sticks. The carrots and celery sticks were both crisp and good eating, not to mentions dipping in the blue cheese. My first time coming to this location and of course it was National Wing Day! I placed my order online for BOGO single meal. Got the 6 PCs wings with 2 breadsticks and a side of veggies! The wait time was actually longer than the time it gave me to pickup. It was about 40mins longer but it was expected. I just walked around the neighboring stores to kill time. The staff that worked around 7pm on 07/29/22 did a great job. It was very busy and there were some very impatient customer but the lady at the register handled the situation very well under pressure. I'm really glad that they opened Epic Wings N Things in this plaza, they needed a little bit more variety in food. My husband and I came here after furniture shopping at Living Spaces near by, thankfully there wasn't a huge line but there was definitely a lot of people here. The team here are really friendly, I ordered the Single Meal 4 piece chicken strips in the sweet chili, I am salivating just thinking of it, Bryan ordered the same meal but with a mix of OG BBQ and Medium Hot Sauce, like the food connoisseurs that we are we also opted for the buffalo chicken pizza sticks. Wait time wasn't horrible but while we waited I did take a peak at the layout, I thought there definitely could have been more seating and it all felt awkward. I also felt bad for the cashiers who didn't really get much privacy, they only have a little booth. Food arrived pretty quickly and was delicious per usual, a lot of sauce on for our meals and the best part is their ranch. Ugh this ranch is so good and the bread sticks come our soft and garlicy, perfect to dip into my sweet chili. I especially wanted to shout out Nick, who was so kind in helping us clean up a soda one of my kids knocked over. I have rated 3 stars primarily because we specifically went to Epic Wings to eat and watch the Padres game and they only have news channels available. Our usual spot is off El Cajon Blvd. or Santee which offers sports channels. Additionally, the lids were extremely cheap and didn't fit the cup, and struggled to place them on the cup, once I thought I got it on picked up my cup and it popped right off! Minutes late, there was a spilled drink due to lid issue as well. For these two reasons, I have rated this location specifically a 3 star. read more
