Have 3 tvs with 1 being pictures of food from the menu. Do you know what you are getting yourself into. Staff: very pleasant and attentive. Great customer service. A hidden burger gem in Jacksonville's Arlington area. I knew Epik Burger was good when I finished the burger and realized I didn't have to add any condiments in order to enhance it. E.B. is a small location but it packs a punch! It's a clean restaurant with a nice, friendly staff. The burgers are fresh with great, sometime unusual ingredients and toppings. You can get beef or bison for just a few $ more. The Epikurean and Korean BBQ are personal favorites. Epik also has chicken and tuna burgers and are gluten sensitive to customers needs. They also feature rotating specialty burgers and milkshakes that change over time. The fries by themselves leave something to be desired, so order the Buffalo Bacon Cheese Fries. They are really good and you'll need a fork to finish them but they are really good and messy - in a good way! They also have a selection of beer, ale and wine that can be paired with your order. You can't leave without getting one of their deliciously awesome milkshakes. In my opinion, SOME OF THE BEST IN TOWN. The Cinnamon Dolce is really good, but if you like it simpler the vanilla is great too, and always get whip cream. If you love burgers and want to expand your horizons a bit Epik Burger should be tops on your list. Definitely worth a visit...or several visits. read more

Very impressed with their food. My burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. Fries were really crunchy. They such a diverse menu that anyone can find something to eat. Their shakes look incredible but I didn't try one, I was just keeping it simple today. This place seems pretty popular. It's a little small inside but still an enjoyable place to have lunch. I GIVE UP! Been ordering here for a year and keep asking myself why!!!! The burgers aren't bad! But they CANNOT get an order right. Always forget the toppings I pay for or leave something out! Usually a decent burger joint, but definitely wouldn't be my must have list for burgers, as of late. My last trip there wasn't the best experience. I ordered a medium rare bison breakfast burger, but it came out well done with the bottom of the tray and buns drenched and soggy. Along with my poutine fries coming out late and cold, I was left unimpressed and unfulfilled. The place was not busy either, so it surprised me a little about the quality. I really like this place. Second time here a couple of weeks ago. First time here I had the peanut butter burger and regular fries. Outstanding!!!! I love, love peanut butter, but I never thought about putting it on a burger. Second time I had the Red Dragon burger and regular fries. Solid!!! Both visits the burgers and all the fixings were extremely fresh. Fries were HOT and full of flavor. Drinks were just fountain style. Order at the counter and they will bring you your food....pretty quick too considering it was crowded on both visits. Only knock on this place is that it is SO small with limited seating. Both times there we had to squeeze into the communal table. No issue there. It was fun and we will definitely be back. read more

Hands down best burger in the area. I opted for a chicken burger that was banh mi like. It was fantastic. I have never for a bad thing there. I haven't been here before and I'm waiting for my food as I type this. I've heard good things so I decided to check it out. I had the option to wait in my car for them to bring the food out. My order went in at 7:21 and it's now after 8pm. I was quoted a 10-15 min wait. This better be worth it. I'll update and let y'all know. As of right now I'm at 48 min and counting waiting on my food. 53 min later I have my order. The burger was great. Truffle parm fries were good. Strawberry milkshake was good. I'm going to bump it up a star because the food was good. I just won't go back because it wasn't good enough for me to go there and wait for close to a hour when it was not crowded and I was told 10-15 min. There are places that have good food without a 53 min wait. From walking in to the door to order to leaving with takeout- a little more than an hour is too long for me. read more

Thank the menu has tons of vegan options, my friend tried the BBQ vegan burger with vegan cheese fries & I a regular vegan burger with vegan cheese & sweet potato fries.
