So wrong on so many levels. The Italian sub was not flavorful. It literally tastes like they put cheap Italian dressing on some cheap meat and American cheese and called it a day. The Philly was horrible. The meat, fine. The toppings??? BANANA PEPPERS????? American sliced cheese with shredded beef and canned mushrooms. CANNED. I got food poisoning later on from it all. I will say if you go make sure you look at reviews first on what's popular. Giving the benefit of the doubt we didn't get something good... BUT.. I swung through this drive thru during lunch one day based off proximity, price, and prior ratings. They were not wrong, y'all. I drove straight up to the speaker, told her I hadn't been there before. She suggested the Steak in a Sack and I went for it. It comes w grilled onions, and I added mayo, cheese, lettuce and tomato. This food is nothing fancy, not by any means, but it is good and a good place to grab a cheap lunch. I opted for the grilled chicken pita combo (with a drink and fries, I asked if I could swap out coleslaw for the fries, but was told I couldn't). Discovered this place due to my daughter's proximity to her house. Kind of hole in the wall place but I saw how much traffic it was receiving so I thought I would try it out. Went through the drive through because the parking is pretty tight. I tried the Camel Rider Combo with seasoned fries and a Cherry Limeade. The sandwich has bologna in it which was a surprise. I was thinking steak and onions, but honestly tasted pretty good. Beware if you don't like raw onions because it had some in every bite. It also had what tasted like Italian dressing which made the sandwich. The fries where hot and fresh especially with the seasoning salt. They ask if you want it sprinkled on. This was axial my third time eating here. This particular time i got a fish fillet on pita and it was delicious. The fish was crisp on the outside but yet juicy on the inside. I've tried the Philly And chicken Philly but they didn't hit Lille the fish fillet. Yes it was fried. Every time I come here, the service is so friendly. Even the lady behind me in line commented on how pleasant it is to come here. I concur. This place gets pretty busy during weekday lunch time and I believe they are open until 6pm. That being said, I went mid afternoon and there was no wait. Foodwise, I always order their Giant burger deal for $2.99 and it comes out to $3.20 after tax. With that meal, you get a refillable drink and a small fries with their magic salt. What a bargain, right? After digging in my purse for some change, I added an order of onion rings for $2.35. This time I ordered it to go so I could use my sauces I had at home. This place gets 5 STARS because they're cheap, service is on point and the food is consistently good. I heard their breakfast is tasty too, but that will be another time and another review. Although there is a wide selection of pita combos, I opted for the double cheese burger combo because everyone else was ordering it and the total price was $5.30 for a small drink and fry. You ask for Steak and cheese only and you get only "roast beef" - (when did steak turn into roast beef just because there are no onions???????????? Stupid. You ask for seasoning on the fries sometimes it's there but mostly NOT. You ask for NO onions on the camel rider and you get double. You see where I'm going???? You suck! Your counter people say they can't fix the order because the manager is not in and too many people have lied about the food being wrong.
