I was worried but went with my gut and hired him anyway. 2 days later I get a call that he has an opening earlier in the week and did I want the spot. Of course I did! Day of the inspection Brandon arrived a few minutes early, and as my realtor was running late due to traffic, he started the inspection of the outside of the home so we could get to the inside when my agent showed up. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and did not mind answering my questions. All in all, the inspection lasted about 2.5 hours and the report I received the next day was well detailed both in writing and in pictures.
