Although the sellers already had a pre-inspection, we were able to get an inspection contingency. We hired Bryan for an inspection and a sewer scope. We found Bryan's inspection to be much more thorough. His report also helped us get an idea about what routine maintenance items will need to be done in the future to keep the house functioning well. Hiring Bryan helped us make a truly informed decision about our house. While his fees are very reasonable, Bryan's experience and advice is invaluable. We will be recommending Bryan to our friends.

I was worried but went with my gut and hired him anyway. 2 days later I get a call that he has an opening earlier in the week and did I want the spot. Of course I did! Day of the inspection Brandon arrived a few minutes early, and as my realtor was running late due to traffic, he started the inspection of the outside of the home so we could get to the inside when my agent showed up. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and did not mind answering my questions. All in all, the inspection lasted about 2.5 hours and the report I received the next day was well detailed both in writing and in pictures. Brandon has earned repeat customers and we will happily recommend him to anyone we know that is looking for an inspector.
