I brought my Ducati in for a general inspection, which cost $170. It took about 15 days and several follow-up phone calls before I finally received the diagnosis. By then, I picked up my bike after waiting two weeks. They emailed me a list of recommended repairs and instructed me to check off the work I wanted done. I replied... and then heard nothing for over two months. What really bothered me, though, was their approach to repairs. One item on the inspection was loose heated grips. Yes, they were loose, but they were still in excellent condition. Their recommendation? Replace the entire set. An honest mechanic would have said, "We can probably fix that with a $5 tube of grip glue and save you a few hundred dollars." Instead, the solution was to replace perfectly good heated grips. My Ducati is due for a Desmo service soon, which typically costs $1,200-$1,800. After this experience, I'll be taking my bike somewhere else.

I'm not afraid to acknowledge that I am an over thinker, which sometimes results in a bit of anxiety. Marty and Carlos found a way to meet me where I was in terms of capability and mindset. Yes, they were great instructors. Yes, I passed the test. That is not what made my experience great. Marty and Carlos made it great by meeting me at a human level with caring and kindness until I was ready to go take the test. As always seems to be the case, the people make the difference. My bike was picked up July 11, 2026. Didn't get it back until August 11. Bike was dead and had been…read moresitting since 2018. Got a full tune up and clutch pack replaced. They didn't replace the 10 year old drive belt (extremely important!) Wasn't happy at all. Was told it "looked good" so wasn't replaced. If that belt snaps, rear tire could lock up while riding and could cause a crash, Never mind being stranded. Belt needs replacing every 3-4 years! Also needed two tires. They ordered 2 Michelins. When picking up my bike, the front was a Bridgestone and the rear was a Michelin. I was charged for 2 Michelins. Was told the Bridgestone was a "Bridgestone Michelin tire" and that the 2 tires were correct. There is no such thing as a "Bridgestone Michelin" tire. The mechanic didn't check tires before installation. Bike died 5 times between going home and driving it back to shop. battery was loose and the idle was way too low. Needed bike back quickly because it was going to be shipped to another state on August 13 or 15. New tire was in on Monday August 10 and wouldn't be done until Thursday August 13. Unacceptable. I had enough and picked the bike up August 11, got $65 back for the price difference of the front tire. Still have to get the drive belt replaced in the other State the bike is going to. Now I will be out more money for something that should have been done, as it's a safety issue. I simply don't recommend this shop because of extremely slow turnover and critical lack of awareness. Caveat Emptor.

Extremely happy to have them in the city! Both bikes were in and out exactly when they promised and I have no hesitation highly recommending them to anyone looking to have work done for routine maintenance, upgrades or modifications. I later sold that scoot and Vince was by my side helping me through the searching and buying process. 10 years later, I'm buying my second scooter through the same place and working with the same trusty owner. Vince is a great dude. You can tell he loves his job and loves talking scoots. He remains completely neutral on his advice and won't force you into a sale. He's patient and answers as many questions you may have. The shop itself is super clean, the prices are fair, there's absolutely no pressure, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and most stuff can be booked through the site... so very convenient! We had dropped off his tire around 11 A.M, not hearing anything for the next 5 hours from either of the two men working at the shop. We called around 4:40 P.M only to find out they were JUST going to work on my fiancé's tire, and less than ten minutes later they called my finance back, letting him know he was "missing his spline." We informed my fiancé's brother, who was paying for this (he even told the younger guy there that he wasn't paying at pickup. That someone else would be paying). He was confused, and we all went to pick up his tire. We had already found it weird neither one of the two guys working could explain shit to us. They couldn't explain over the phone or in person. The only thing they had said to my fiancé's brother was "if the wheel is like that, then the other part that connects to it should be damage as well too" (Drive Shaft) but when we had removed the wheel, we checked EVERYTHING, and it was not SHAVED DOWN the way they told us. We took the wheel at 11 A.M in good condition. Nothing was wrong. The normal wear and tear we have seen. But when we got back to the wheel, the "spline" in question was shaved off and damage. These guys half assed a job because they were irresponsible and lost track of time. They fucked up a part of the wheel needed. They mentioned buying the part from them or eBay. Don't come to this establishment. They won't own up to their mistakes. They find ways to scam and make a paycheck. And if you leave a bad review they might call you and try to guilt-trip you to take it down. Trust me. They got time to call and throw a tantrum for shit service they give. But they won't fix your bikes. They'll only mess them up instead of doing their job. As shown in the photos the Drive Shaft is perfectly fine and the other part of it is mess up (Hub Clutch) which they fucked it up.
