Buttons were not working valves were frozen. Called the office and they admitted that the instrument had not been maintenances since mid last year. Prior to pick up I had specifically asked if the instrument was ready and had been maintenance since it was a gently used instrument. It's extremely disappointing to have an initial experience with this company that was recommended to us by our band director and have this be such a huge inconvenience.
