Mattress is brand new, sealed in plastic and correct size. Different pattern on the mattress than in store. The receipt did not have a more detailed description of the mattress, but I recognized that it was from the same company. I still find store's written policy a little unnerving, but we have a mattress! ---------- I walked in today to buy a queen size mattress for which they promised delivery today between 4-8pm. Unfortunately, it has not delivered and no one is answering the phone. Getting delivery today was key to my purchasing decision, but now I see on the receipt that the store policy states that: - There will be no refund - All sales are final - No exchange after delivery - Delivery subject to change without notice - Etc. The store is conveniently located with ample parking and the showroom is well designed with a wide array of styles and options. The design staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful in choosing the correct fittings for fixtures, placing orders, and following up; They went above and beyond to expedite pick-up and delivery. Their knowledge and professionalism saved me stress and wasted time, had I ordered online or gone to a chain store. Of note, my order was not particularly large, yet they treated me as a valued customer. Don't be deterred by the location; their pricing is competitive and the expert service you receive is an additional and welcome bonus.
