The prices were good compared to other gallerys in the surrounding area especially since they offer one of a kind specialty items handpicked by the owners. Totally worth every penny. She will tell you a made up (higher) price than the item is actually tagged for. Then when you find the tag with the correct price she gets snippy. It's a consignment store, yet she doesn't let you take home items to try out first. And she will hold items that have been sitting in the store forever because "a decorator was interested in it".

The first time there wasn't even a sign stating that the sale wasn't happening. This time, at least, there was a sign. It said they were closed 6/29 due to an emergency. It didn't say anything about 6/30. Of course, the listings for the sale were still up and they made no effort to remove them or prevent people from coming out. Very frustrating. I like the sales of theirs that I go to but the lapses in communication or even just BEING there at the listed times are really frustrating. Bummer.

CONSIGNERS BEWARE!! I had a similar situation to Patty's…read moreexperience (previous review). I dropped off 3 bins of items on March 11th. Dina went on about how much she loved everything. I had more items but we decided to schedule a later date to drop off for the rest. Both Dina and Nicole seemed really nice and friendly. They told me I'd receive an emailed item list in a little bit. Several weeks went by and still no list so I called. I spoke with Nicole on 3/31 who told me that her mother-in-law (Dina) was supposed to have done it and will get her to do it "now". She also told me at that time that I had made over $100 and again, how much they "LOVED" everything. Weeks go by again and still no item list. Dina then calls on 4/27 to reschedule our next appointment to a later date. I say sure but I'm still waiting for my item list (everything is still amicable at this point). Dina then turns and starts getting hostile. She told me she sent the list already and to check my junk mail, to which I replied I have and it's not there so can you please send it again. She said she did already and fought me on just resending it. I also asked how much money I have in my account at this point thinking it should be more than the $100 I was told in March. She said it's $75. When I ask how that's possible she couldn't give me an answer and got even more angry with me. My response was this is horrible customer service, and again please send my item list. That night I get an email saying they no longer want to consign my items. I tell them I agree, now can you please send my item list. The emails went back and forth for days with them refusing to give my item list. I finally received it on May 2nd! They then tell me I need to pick up my items immediately or they will donate them. This place is a scam. I don't know what it's like to shop there but consigning with them is a NIGHTMARE!!

Prices were phenomenal and they were running some great sales. Don't be deceived by the stores small size, they have quality goods here. The store is a little confusing to find as it's back behind the church down basement steps... kind of had a dungeon vibe from the outside but very nice inside.

That happens and we were perfectly fine finding another place to consign it. When we picked it up we found out that it was stored in the outdoor garage.......it was wet, moldy, ripped and the colors had begun to bleed due to negligent care of Global Consignments. When we asked Charlene about the condition of the rug, she said "READ YOUR AGREEMENT" and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service !!!! BEWARE !! RIPOFF !!
