While I have checked out many Groupon, Living Social & other local deals for massages, I have finally found someone who does a phenomenal job of working out my "knots"...I'm no longer in the hunt! As a chiropractor, I am always in constant motion with my job, and it is very physically demanding. In addition to that, I work out anywhere from 4-6 days of the week, and the best I can do at the moment for my recovery periods is foam rolling, stretching, and basic yoga. So when I get the opportunity to have a massage, I know I need someone who is equipped to take on the challenge of getting every muscle in my body, and working out a lot of fascia and tissue that gets chronically tight. And that's not easy. I'm 6'2"/215 lbs. Aside from writing about how her massage heavily benefited me, I would like to say the experience was an x-factor in terms of how good the "experience" is by going to a massage therapist. He did not recommend getting a massage or stretching out in a sauna... he said I needed to see Paulette. He was right. She is a healer .... And I don't mean that in a mystical way (no chatting or spells here). I just think God has given her a gift to feel what is happening in my body and then she does stuff. All I know is I just finished an hour with her (I recommend the 90 when she can fit it in) and I was not only in a relaxed state, but I just felt happy....
