I loved it here. The place is just the right size. The beer selections were wide and varied and not a single one was sub-par. Yes, I tried both samplers. The lights to very darks were all well-balanced. They have a turbo-charged Hefeweizen that you need to be careful with though. Beer Stop Number 18: They deliver beer on a trike. Could this place get any cooler? We actually scheduled it for Friday night but missed it because of traffic. At our previous stop, New Belgium the beertenders were so enthusiastic about this place that we had to make it in. I am glad we did. The beer is delicious with flavors and strong bitter ipa known as the Space Ghost. Another of my favorites was the Jonas Porter on their specialty tray. Very crowded, but we managed to get a table and enjoy ourselves. Great, generous samplers! No food, but you can bring your own. This is my first time being here and I really liked it. They have a lot of different interesting beer options available. My friend spilled their beer and the bartender got her a brand new one! Fort Collins is clearly the mecca of all things beer- with breweries or restaurants serving great Colorado micros every few feet. Equinox has joined the ranks...and I have to say it is a standout! Love the vibe, really relaxed and well put together little place with cool decor and great art. FABULOUS beers! Really Good! Some of the best in FOCO (and I am including the big names in that claim). Good beers, good atmosphere, good service. Nothing particularly outstanding, but everything was solid and felt like it was on the precipice of great. Beers were okay, favorite was the Scottish. It could be really great, just missing a little smoke. Good crowd for a week day, could definitely get a little tight if crowded. We came and went, staff was efficient but didn't really seem to care if we were there. Prices were what we expected. My first time I was very impressed, not so much this time. I ordered 2 beers and was given the largest size. I did not realize till it was to late that I could have ordered (or been asked which) size I wanted. We did not like either of the beers order. Also I would have preferred the smaller sized beer so I could have tried a little bit of variety. This place is OK. They don't have a real food menu which is ok, just know that going in. Their beer is average though. I was kind of disappointed really. Their Kolsch tastes like Heineken. Their Imperial red was not good at all. Overall not very polished or finished. Their Double IPA was good though. I would put it in the middle of the beer scene in Fort Collins. Had a great dinner pared with Equinox beer tonight at Moot House. Loved the parings and all the beers everyone at our table finished all of ours. Well done this is a great small brewery with great flavors. Am looking forward to trying a Honey Nut Cheerios beer they have currently what a great idea!
