We had a quick chat on the phone, I sent pictures, Alex came by next day to evaluate the issue, he did a thorough inspection and found issues I hadn't noticed. He talked me through everything making sure I understood the issues; what was essential, and what was minor/passable, which I really appreciated. He quoted me a price. Next morning, I was an hour late, but the team arrived on time and was already wrapping up the job by the time I pulled up!
