We hired him to prep and repaint our house that is only a few years old, but the paint was already faded and we had many butt joints that had not been prepped properly. The builder had done a terrible job using cheap paint, and Travis was able to fix several areas where they had cut corners. Our house now looks beautiful, but more importantly, we're confident that all areas are painted, joints are all caulked properly, and that the project was also done right, using quality paint that will last for years. In addition to his skill and knowledge, Travis is also a nice person, as is his crew. They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, kept a tidy workspace and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend them for any paint job. They do not cut corners, and you will not regret hiring them.

While the main work was completed satisfactorily, the finish quality was inconsistent in several spots, including uneven edges, missed areas on the trim, paint on adjacent surfaces, and other minor imperfections that detract from the overall appearance. Mostly, couldn't believe they didn't cover/protect my main living room window from paint splatters. I had to have a trusted window cleaner remove them. Found my vacuum cleaner was used (not a shop vac) to vacuum drywall. This in essence kills a vacuum as cleaning it is difficult if not useless (and I consult a vacuum cleaning shop). I bought a new one. A more thorough inspection by the contractor after the crew considered the job complete may have resulted in a more professional outcome and reduced the need for return visits to address these issues. Realize Ryan, whose company it is, doesn't do the work but also doesn't oversee the crew he sends out. There were multiple areas with uneven coverage and details that appeared neglected. Given the company's strong reputation and ratings, I expected a cleaner finish and more rigorous quality control. While the overall result is good, the project would have benefitted from greater care and attention to detail throughout the finishing process. Note: Brendan & Jordan mentioned in a previous review did not come out to my home.

We had a few hiccups at the beginning due to the uncertainty presented by the stay-at-home orders for Covid 19. Once the parameters were made clear, the job began with crews working on our structures daily (with occasional rain delays.) The entire crew was courteous, thorough and did an excellent job painting all the homes. We had an outside contractor monitor their work who underscored the professional job they did. The outside paint work did not impact residents with respiratory issues as they used high quality low VOC Miller paint. As the HOA President, I was in almost daily contact with the onsite coordinator, Josh Macey and would like to commend on his excellent communication skills and responsiveness. In addition, he posted video logs of daily progress. It's particularly helpful to have good communication for a project that impacts residents for many weeks. Thank you Brotherhood Painting! PS Note: The one issue we had was the trampling of some plants. In order to prevent overspray, vegetation was covered with cloth. Some ground cover was flattened and the occasional branch was broken. We can report that most of the plants recovered and we all appreciated that the plant issue is part of the process.
