The tech came out and tried to fix the old dryer, but it was unfixable. So he proceeded to install the new one (I had two dryers sitting as a result of the fiasco). All in all, they got me squared away, and the pricing was very straightforward. Hopefully, I won't need service again anytime soon, but if I do, I will call Advantage FIRST!

I called the maker of the oven (Whirlpool) and they told me it was going to be $499 for a guy to come out and for parts and labor. Plus a 1 year warrantee. If I wanted to just order a part, it would be $231 and I could do the repairs myself. I told them I would hold off and I did a local search and found Premium Appliance Repair. I checked out the reviews for the company and all I saw were 4 and 5 star. So I called them and set up an appointment. They came right out, made the repairs quickly and when all was said and done, the total cost was $178. PLUS the same 1 year warrantee. On top of it all my repairman "Ted" was punctual, very courteous, well mannered, explained the repairs and answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. Not only will I call them again whenever I need any other repairs like this, but I will also spread the word to all my friends and family.

Coming highly recommended from my HVAC service, I went with Mr. Duct for a full duct cleaning. They were easy to schedule with, provided great info up front, and were professional throughout the appointment. They even showed before and after pictures in select ducts! I did have one issue after the appointment that I still have not really had any follow-up on... I emailed after the visit to share that the vacuum, where it was placed, had killed a spot in our lawn (see pictures). I contacted them a few days after the visit and didn't hear any kind of response. Then, 15 days later, I received a voicemail regarding my issue. I've returned the call a couple days later but was told the rep that contacted me was gone for the day. That was nearly a week ago. In all, I'd recommend Mr. Duct but would caution you as to my experience with customer service.
