Daniel the service technician opened the unit up and tested everything. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He discovered a bare wire that had been chewed (possibly by a mouse) and was touching the metal housing which tripped the circuit breaker. Daniel replaced the wire and the unit is working perfectly. The honesty and integrity of this company is refreshing. We will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

I was told the diagnostic would cost $149. I asked to be informed of any repairs that had to be done. Technician checked the system and recommended replacing unit. We discussed replacement unit and cost. I was ready to pay deposit. In the next 10 minutes I was told that the model I selected is old and not available. New model costs $1000 more. I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything. Through our the visit it looked like he was figuring out the problem. I talked to the owner and we agreed that any repairs that were done will be undone so that I do not have to pay for repairs. Then the technician removed all the wires from the board making both heat and fan unusable. He did not just undo the "repairs", but made entire system unusable including fan and heat which were working before his visit. See the photos to show what was done!

I called 4 different companies, and no one would come out until Monday. Well nobody, except for Ivan, of Precision Air, who came out on Saturday night at 9:00 P.M. I couldn't believe it! Ivan came out and thoroughly walked me through my different options for both a new AC and possibly a new furnace as well. Additionally, he carefully explained the financing terms and explained clearly how to avoid the financing trap and to pay off everything before 25 months to avoid a compounding of all interest. After spending less than 30 minutes with him, I knew he was the man for the job, so I signed the contract and cancelled all the other companies the next day. Since Precision's prices were so fair, I ultimately decided to replace both the AC and furnace. On Monday, such an unbelievably short turnaround, Ivan's guys were able to replace not only my AC, but also my furnace. My husband was at work and I was a little nervous without him being there. However, everything went great! Stevan and Jeremy were both very polite and checked in with my wife throughout the install. They were here for over 7 hours, and completed the job perfectly. We are extremely happy with everything! Getting a new AC and furnace is an extremely stressful experience, but Ivan handled everything perfectly for us. I am 100% satisfied with Ivan and Precision Air and strongly recommend them to everyone. George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update.
