And w my man coming here professionally & personally for so many years, I didn't think twice. He introduced me to Henry & Larry. They're extremely knowledgable & personable. They've now worked on my baby twice. I dropped her off & picked her up either the same day or on the next day, depending on what was being done. They were professional & thorough. There was an exhaust smell coming through the cabin vents when the car is idle. Brian helped us jack up the car and actually showed us the exact spot where the front exhaust bellow cracked. He told us that he might be able to weld it but there isn't a guarantee it will be fixed 100%. He also told us he's seen the exact same problem a few years ago with the same car. He told us there is a recall on the front exhaust for this type of car. He suggested to call the dealership to see if the recall is still active. It would be $3000 to replace the whole thing for it to be 100% fixed. I am so glad he told us about the recall. It was actually an extended warranty for that exact factory defect. My car is being fixed now and Brian saved us $3000. There was also the cutest dog at Auto Saver. Brian told us he found him in a trash can two weeks before. He saved a dog's life and gave him a happy one. Brian is honest , friendly , knowledgeable and a kind soul. I will definitely come back here whenever my car has any trouble.

This new ownership is absolutely terrible and has sent our mental health down the drain dealing with their negligence. What was supposed to be a straight forward timing belt replacement, has turned into them lying to us and holding onto our car for over a month now. Not only will they not respond to calls, but they have lied saying "they needed a tool" and we have not heard from them since. They charged thousands for someone that should have been completed in a week and are not taking any accountability. We are now seeking legal advice because this has gotten out of hand and has caused us to rent vehicles, coming even more out of pocket. And the old owner has admitted that the crew made the car issues even worse than they were. If you care about your car, do not take it here. It's a bit further away but Burrogh & Sons in El Sobrante is much better and honest with their customers.

The night before I brought my car in my car wouldn't start after work, so i towed it home. He wasn't in the day I brought my car in, I needed help, assuming everyone is capable and work as a unit, I entrusted my vehicle with a guy name Ivan to check my car out. He told me it's my alternator. I bought after maker used alternator that didn't work well, I bought a brand new sensor from Oreillys that didn't work either, so I ended up buying a brand new battery sensor from Honda, then i bought a brand new alternator from Oreillys and that didn't work either, so I ended up buying a brand new alternator from Honda, which cost around $700 I went to Honda twice, loved my experience there, it was expensive but I felt like they cared enough to educate you. Honda Colma, CA. I took several trips to Oreillys buying and returning parts. I even bought a brand new battery just because it's getting low anyway and that wasn't even part of the plan. So i ended up reconnecting with the Manager of this place named Juan, he ended up replacing the brand new honda alternator for me, to find out there's a burnt out fuse due to replacing alternators a few times, he took care of that, then he told me the "fuse box" needs to replaced, so we got that done too at the same time. all of this was happening back in late February, then March. I waited this long to write this review, for a reason, i wanted to know if something will go wrong again. About 2 weeks ago, I was at the gas station and my car wouldn't start, maybe because i left the key in the ignition even though my car was off, so i got it jump started at the gas station, everything was fine. I was told by the mechanic of this place to bring it if it happens again. Last Friday i was out of town at the gas station again, my car wouldn't start, so i waited for maybe 5 min, and it started. this morning, it won't start, i asked my neighbors to jump start and it wouldn't do anything, it has the clicking noise everyone tells me it's the starter. I called the manager of this place like hey, I've mentioned this to you guys twice, did you guys not check the starter and he said no, and there's no way to check it. I'm just over this place, i'm asked to go back there next morning, but F that, I - 0% trust this place now, i'm going to 415 mechanix at this point, they have been so helpful with me on the phone. After they read this, I hope they learn, and educate themselves even more, because there's too much back and forth. 415 mechanix had fixed my starter for me, really nice guy, honest and direct, with communication skills, I suggest that place. Andy is the owner and he's great. I'm never going back to this place, I was patient for as long as I could, I was calm, but i'm better off elsewhere.

Instead of telling me he'd need another day with the car, he let me take it home and obviously the fan broke the shroud just after I pulled in to my driveway. However, they made it right :)
