Working with Ergeon has been overall very good. The installed 1200+ sq feet of fencing on our property. The initial process is great, and we did the whole bid/estimate process via video calls and email/web. Made it easy for everyone. Ergeon was the lowest bid out of the 3 companies I contacted. The crew that installed our fence was great. We're still finding random nails in weird spots, but nothing that was a danger to anyone. My previous review was in regards to their warranty policy. I had some issues with the fence outside of the 90 day warranty that were NOT as a result of anything we did (we didn't smash down the fence) and their initial response was "Sorry". However, ultimately they came out and repaired the fence and all is good now. Given the nature of wood, 90 days seems to be a quick to shut down warrantee claims. Rather than a black and white "NO", they should review the claims on a case by case basis. Overall, I would hire them again to do any fencing work and have referred them to friends. read more

I have not got the fence done yet but so far the process is going great. Got a prompt phone call from Raphael and we were able to work on a quote next day. Their price seems to be fair with warranty so I decided to do it. They said it will be happening in 2.5 weeks so hopefully it will. Raphael is the best at what he does and his communication is great and he was easy to reach. I love the experience with Ergeon so far. I retired in 2021 with a list of home repairs that would take me no time to complete and then I could start my life of relaxation. Needless to say, 4 years of COVID lockdowns set me back but it also reminded me that I was no longer able to keep up the physical pace I had just a few years earlier, giving me the time to actually catch up with today's cutting edge search technology and learn how to pick winners and losers when traveling down the information highway in search of a truly professional contractor. So when I needed to replace my aging wooden fence with the new man made materials, and for the most part, all contractors operating costs based on materials, skill set and man hours with time equalling money, led to project cost being relatively the same, I was looking for someone that was making the best use of today's technology. So when my search on Angie's List turned up three fence companies looking to bid on my large fence project, I received quotes from all three and I immediately knew that Ergeon was my choice. From day one I received a email with a Google Earth photo of my property with the total square footage, next came a zoom call and a virtual walk through the property highlighting my concerns, answering my questions and providing suggestions and feedback while addressing my ideas on what I wanted the finished product to look like in real time. After several days of discussion by phone, email and text we finalized the project and I was immediately put in touch with the project manager and the job foreman to set a start date and time. The workers were on time and professional to the point that I felt comfortable enough to leave them to their work and went inside for my afternoon old guy nap. When the job was completed my wife and I were quite pleased and glad to recommend Ergeon to our family and friends. With most of the neighbors having similar fence designs I can honestly say that I truly believe that our is the best and I would personally like to thank Guy, Jose, Roberto and the entire work crew at Ergeon for making my fence project a most memorable experience. Would rate overall experience and outcome 3.5 stars. Cesar was very helpful in the process and would recommend working with him. Some communication got lost with others on the team. After our fence was put up, it looked great but shortly after, holes appeared on the finished side where the frame was installed. They also advertise painting but it actually is not offered. Was a little nervous about this company. I did a remote virtual site review with their initial sales rep. Then you work with a project manager, and they have the actual construction team they sub contract. I know I'm paying a sales commission, and manager salary, plus material and labor. Somehow this company came in 40-50% lower than the other companies I got quotes from. The end project looks great. Exactly what was promised. The construction team was friendly, hard working and did quality work. Their project manager Paula was so responsive. Managed her team nicely. A couple of reasons I would recommend Ergeon; +Price: We received quite a few quotes for a fence project and Ergeon not only had the best price, but they included the fence removal in the quote and still were the best price! +Service: Everyone that I interacted with was very helpful in answering my MANY questions. Monserrat (sales rep) was a superstar and helped provide multiple quotes with different vinyl colors, with and without reinforced posts, etc to help find something that worked for myself and my neighbors. Miguel (fence contractor) and his team were ROCKSTARS! They not only completed the entire project ahead of schedule, but he went above and beyond to drive to San Bernardino to pick up some additional pieces that were missing in the original order. Miguel also was helpful in answering all questions that my neighbors had putting them all at ease. Paula was also very helpful and communicative and keeping me up to date with inspections, expected deliveries and initiating the installation! hello everybody ! i just want to help you guys please do not waste your thousands of dollors on ergeon fences company. after you paid them with your thousands of dollars you've just lost your thousands of dollors and you won't be happy with the outcome of your project why ? please pay attention to this: in the beginning of your process, you called them to get a quote, an english speaking person would talk to you, everytime you call ergeon fences company an english speaking person talks to you but once they send their installers to your property there installers could not speak no english to their customers. you the customer could not communicate to their installers. and the first person you spoke in the beginning lie to you the customer. he told me this: your project manager is very owesome, very nice woman will be samantha. but customers, me and you we did not know if that samantha even exist ? ? ? ? i'm a woman he told me he'll assigned a female project manager named samantha for me, that did not happened he lied. their installers showed up so late, and when their installers showed up they could not speak and understand no english ! they go by their live interpreter on the phone. but their interpreter does not interpret to them what the customer wants and how i want it. she interprets what she wants not what the customer satisfaction ! ! i was very frustrated because the ergeon fences installers could not understand me on the spot, they could not speak no english, i could not understand them and we both could not communicate each other in english. i've kept telling the ergeon fences installers to put the pieces of wood too close together so i won't get spaces and many gaps between each wood, but both ergeon fence installers does not understand english. now, my entirely new paid fence have large many spaces and many gaps in my whole entire fence. i've had this fence project for privacy purposes but with the ergeon fences installed my fence, i've just lost my thousands of dollars and i did not get the privacy i've always dream of. all they care is get the customers money not deliver the customers satisfaction ! i'm very disappointed ! very disapponited ! plus i'm now buying too many additional materials to cover the 270 spaces and many large gaps. gaps should only happen when the fence being old and have been shrunk from the sun in many years. new fence should not look like this ! i've just paid ergeon fences my thousands of dollars, i'm not paying someone to fix all the gaps and many large spaces i'm doing it myself ! now, i am fixing the bad performance of ergeon fences. i am the customer, but i am fixing the bad performance of ergeon fences as i have been dreamed of having privacy for a longtime ago. i've saved lots of thousands of dollars to pay ergeon fences installed my fence to get my privacy. but ergeon fences did not make it happen ! ! it cost me more to buy more materials to fix all the spaces and many gaps by myself ! also, at some point the older installer kept pulling on his cellphone for his interpreter when i was talking to him. according to his google interpreter it said:: when him and i, kept typing there on his google interpreter it caused him to get delayed for work and we fall behind. we still have lots of work to do. we are professionals we know all about this and we know what we're doing. so leave us alone and let us work. i've kept talking to him because i did not like the way they install the pieces of woods they're not too close together to avoid many spaces and many gaps. they supposed to make the customer happy. i want to get satisfied for my thousands of dollars i've saved for years to pay them. but ergeon fences installers could not understand english on the spot. him or me have to pull the google interpreter on the phone, then typing there was very much time consuming and agrravating. according to his google interpreter he said:: we are professionals we know all about these and what we're doing. if so ? he should know to dig the dirt little by little until the hole becomes big enough for the post, you don't know what is there underneath the dirt ! he did not do this, so he hit and broke my new internet cable that was underneath the dirt. if he dig the dirt little by little until it becomes big, he will see the new internet cable and able to avoid hitting it, he said he is a professional installer. spectrum just replaced that 60 years old internet cable days before ergeon fences came to install my fence. it was a brand new internet cable. but when the older installer dig the dirt for the post, he did not dig it little by little, so he hit and broke my brand new internet cable into pieces. and because it's brand new broken right away, did not last even two weeks, the spectrum pess off ! they did not want to come back right away and seat under the heat of the sun again soon ! we did not get no internet for more than a week ! post to be continued on title internet cable broken read more
