We just had a video consult with Mark at Ergeon Fence Company. We need to fix/replace our over 13 year old wooden fence that is now leaning. What an easy process! Mark already researched our property and easily estimated the fence length. He clearly discussed our options and explained the process to my husband and I. This is a updated review. First of all the fence looks nice but not the best quality. They also tried to leave part of the old fence and told me that I agreed to them leaving a foot and a half of fence. I was also charged almost $1200 over what was quoted. Although after writing reviews about my experience I was contacted and reimbursed for the extra charges. The rep was very apologetic and ensured me that this wasn't normal for their company. Three minutes prior to the virtual appointment I receive a call that they're not able to provide the service in my area. They should have researched prior to making the appointment that I was not in their service area rather than 3 minutes prior to the appointment time. I'm really happy I decided to work from home that day otherwise I would have left work early to make an appointment that ultimately didn't happen. I hope your experience will be different.
