So they replaced it and said that would fix the problem. Well it didn't. 3 days later I still had no heat in that zone. Once again I call them and the same technician comes out and now tells me I need over $1000 in new equipment. The next day they send out a technician to replace everything they said I need. The next 2 days, still no heat. I call them once again and now they tell me I need an electrician to do rewiring. They strung me along for over a week and kept charging me for all their service calls and unneeded parts. I finally got someone else who fixed my problem right away. Would never recommend using them.

I was told it was because the Corporate office said I was taking too long to pay?? Then why send an invoice for me to make payment. There is nothing written that said it has to be paid in full? It just deducted the amount I owed. Not to mention, they didn't even let me know this until I called. That to me is not good business. It is March and you need heat? So the money I was going to pay them, I need to now use to pay another company for oil. I found out after calling 10 different companies, they are one of the highest rates for oil. The rate Abbott & Mills gave me was $404.4, and I was able to find Depew with a rate of $379.9. Big difference when you need at least 150 gallons to fill.

I called an independent heating contractor and he took care of it in less than 30 minutes! I asked Abbott & MIlls for some form of adjustment giventhe circumstances, and after several phone calls over the last 6 months, nothing has been done. I'm out more than $600 plus three hald days of work. The heating contractor said it's best to use a company not selling you oil. I'm taking his advice from now on!

I always ask a lot of questions to contractors in the house, I want to know how things work. Rick explained why it was always SO hot in our boiler room. When we decided it was time to replace our almost 30 year old furnace there was NO QUESTION that we were going to have Rick do the install. He gave is estimates on a budget and a premium unit, and his prices were very competitive. Rick programed the new system for maximum fuel efficiency. He expects we should use at least a third less fuel going forwards. I can not RECOMMEND this HVAC specialist highly enough!

Went back to company website and submitted another statement. One week after scheduled appointment and not ONE attempt by sales rep or anyone from the company to reach out. They had to make many trips (through no fault of their own) which they did until the issue was fixed. After speaking with TT on the phone they were out the same week to install a toilet, a sink, a gas…read morerange fitting, and rectify a water heater safety issue. Both Trevor and Fred were very professional and personable. Trevor took the time to answer questions and concerns with the requested tasking and even walked around with me to discuss air conditioning resolutions for our house. The bill was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was even more impressive. (They took a little extra time to fix a small leak on the sink after the initial install). This was probably the best plumbing experience of my adult life, these guys were awesome can't recommend enough! Oh almost forgot, earlier in the year Trevor found a small gas leak on a union to my furnace during a kitchen remodel in my crawl space and fixed on the spot. He kept my wife and I safe and probably saved us thousands with Central Hudson!
