I opted to give the tip at the end. 2) upon entering my room, the sheets were damp so I felt a bit cold. If anything the sheets to lay in and drape over you should've been dry. Freshly warmed sheets and a heated table are even better. 3) the lady sneezed a few times in the room and even though my eyes were closed I don't think she sanitized her hands. Thankfully at this point, the drape was on me so she didn't touch my skin after sneezing. 4) although I walked out relaxed and the massage therapist got some knots out, about an hour later, my upper back felt a new kind of pain and feels out of adjustment. She adjusted me towards the end and I didn't expect that. I don't think they're supposed to do that. She was nice and the hot stones were great but the few details such as damp sheets, sneezing without disinfecting your hands.

What I liked about her is that she was talkative. She asked me what was wrong and where and she addressed those issues. Because this is the only place that gets my plantar fasciitis to shut TF up. Specifically -- the owner (or at least I think he is). He's the one who usually greets you at the door and works the front desk. I come back because of him. When I ask for hard pressure, he goes HARD -- like clench-your-glutes hard -- and he keeps the pressure consistent the whole time.
