Once I called 3 weeks before an appointment due to a work conflict that had arisen, and the rescheduled appointment I was given was 2 months out. If you can schedule 6 months in advance and never have to change that schedule then this may not be a factor for you.

They said that his x-rays from the dentist were not good enough so they needed to do another one. They never once mentioned that it was a CT scan. They made us pay $500 and said that once insurance paid them they would refund us. They only refunded us $96 because our insurance doesn't cover CT scans. They told us that we were informed that there would be a CT scan when scheduling the appointment. We weren't even the ones that scheduled the appointment. The referring dentist scheduled it! They also quoted us a high price for the implant. We decided we would get a second opinion. The second oral surgeon was BAFFLED that they would even do a CT scan AND quoted us $800 cheaper for the total implant. Overall, this place will try to take as much money as they can from you. They do tests without informed consent and don't even check your benefits to see what they cover. I would love if they would make things right but so far I've just received a bunch of excuses.

Show up to my dental cleaning 10 minutes late and told they cannot see me today. Do you know how many times I have had to wait for them due to their morning staff meetings running over, the dentist dealing with another patient. I have been to that dentist office over 20 times in the past couple of years and have not been late. But one time I'm late and can't see me. No grace given to me at all. Also note it was pouring raining and I got stuck behind a bunch of traffic which I told them. Last year at my dental cleaning the hygenist was so slow and the doctor got behind that I was there for a cleaning for over 2 hours. I was having to cancel work meetings. Did they care, no. But I show up 10 minutes late and am told they have to reschedule me after I drove in the pouring rain and blocked my work schedule. Take into account your patient. I get it if someone is a habitually late person, but I am not. I am the one sitting in the waiting room. Take into account weather situations and know when you want to prioritize your patients safety over being exactly on time. I get they have a schedule to keep but seriously the time could have been made up. And to note there was nothing in the reminders which I got a ton of via phone call, via text and via email that said if you are X minutes late you will be rescheduled. Again truly disappointed that after all the times I have been there, all the thousands of dollars spent that one time they have no regard for my situation and try to accomodate me. 0 stars for this.
