A treatment plan was then provided to my husband with an appt within 2 days. When I received the estimate I was shocked. I called your office to see if this was run through our insurance. The response I was provided "Yeah we are out of network and it was run through your insurance". this should have been told to myself when making the appt or the patient at check in. Not after evaluation with diagnostics and an additional appt has been made.

This was especially distressing when she cracked a wisdom tooth to extract it. Worse, IT HURT! The drug she did use left me unable to respond. This is one of my worst nightmares, and an echo of the careless military dentists of the 60s and early 70s. When I asked about this during the follow-up, she became very aggressive, hostile and rude. She refused to examine her work, even though I was still in pain two weeks after the procedure. This was a very poor experience and completely different from my first visit to AOFS for an implant. I have never encountered a more combative and unprofessional doctor. All of this because of a question that I had every right to ask. I will never give AOFS my business again.

I had to pay an additional $2,000 for a root canal that should have been done with the crown. He drilled a whole in the new crown for the root canal. Now the crown I paid $3600 is now compromised. I DO NOT recommend this dentist. I will not go back. $5200 unnecessary.
