The guy could not get my contact lenses prescription, he gave up after THREE times (2 months total between trials). Wasted my time and money, maybe if he didn't used stuffed animals video clips like if I was a 3 year old. Also the woman at the front desk gave my wife some other person's prescription contact lenses (Obviously prepared by this guy). Definitely never going back. I first came to Dr. Lee 2 years ago with my 3 year old daughter for an eye infection. I was happy to get a same day appointment. Very friendly staff with hardly any wait. Dr. Lee was very friendly and welcoming. I liked the fact that he listened to my concerns and took his time to examine my daughter. I have been with Dr Lee since I was 7 years old (I am now 20) and never once had any complaints about him. Dr. Lee and Gary were always super patient with me as a child. Gary is very knowledgeable about working with insurances and any deals that there on glasses/contacts. I brought my daughter about a year ago and Dr. Lee was absolutely amazing! We had concerns about allergies regarding our new cat and vision. He was so sweet and assured my daughter he would try his hardest so she could keep her cat. We got a new pair of glasses and allergy medicine for dry eyes and pollen. She still grateful to this day that she was able to keep her cat . He kept his word and performed numerous test to make sure she was getting what she needed. read more

This review like many others are over due! So this is the first place i had ever called and got an appointment within the next week for contacts and a eye exam! I made a appointment with a male and he was very friendly and it was very simple. (One of the receptionist) There was also a Hispanic woman who was a receptionist who was VERY FRIENDLY as well, she wasn't rude and was very prompt about when I would receive my glasses and contacts... As for the doctor himself, he was a perfect doctor. He answered every question I had, and even gave me tips on what I could do for future care. He actually gave me a accurate prescription. He diagnosed me with astigmatism and I mentioned to him out of all the eye exams I had received no one had ever mentioned that I could possibly have this. This doctor genuinely cares and isn't in it for the money. The way his staff is trained is something you would see in a video of "how" your exams should go lol! The location is very clean, and it didn't take more than 2 weeks for me to receive both my glasses and my contacts. The doctor even kept making sure I was comfortable with my contacts and making adjustments so my vision was perfect. The doctor is kid friendly, I've seen kids come in & out of this place no problem. I even brought my child here and the exam went very good (as mine did) so I don't understand the two negative reviews on this place. Come check this place out! You won't be disappointed! read more

The secretary is very rude. I had been here one before, and I had stop by after a year and half to get a pair of glasses because I had misplaced them. When I first came in, I could already tell this lady had an attitude. But, I was being nice... not getting worked up. However, she continued to be rude.. I could not believe it. I've been going to Dr. Ernest Lee for my optometry needs for 3 years now. I like that he is very thorough and professional. He takes his time during my exam and never rushes me or rushes through. He answers any questions/concerns I have and doesn't make me feel stupid. I like that he's got this glasses case with trial lenses in the exam room. Dr Yee is one of the best optometrists I've ever been to, ever since I got vision insurance. I give 5 stars for the doctor, however I agree with the other reviewer...his receptionist (the female one, "Y.") has got to go! I don't know if that's the just the way she talks and she can't change her tone, but she needs some customer service training or voice training! She comes off as very rude, impatient and just generally pissed off with life. I always try to call or go on her days off just to avoid her. Well let me start off by saying the doctor is actually really nice and detailed. However the receptionist (the older one) is rude and unprofessional. I ordered glasses from them and one of the lenses was popping out. Not properly done. I told the receptionist about it. She said it was b/c my prescription was too high. I didn't believe that for one second. Regardless they took my glasses to the back and fixed them (popped the lens back into place). Even though it was an obvious mistake on their behalf that receptionist still argued that it was b/c my prescription was to high. I told her that there was no way the lens should've been popping out like that. The second issue was when I asked for a contact lens prescription they told me to go in again for a fitting in order to approve my prescription. I did as they asked and the doctor approved it. However when 1800 Contacts called them to verify the prescription they told them they didn't have that prescription on file for me. I had to call them and argue about it again with the same woman. Even though doctor is nice, I will not be going back. read more

Enjoyed my visit Dr. Lee and his wife are so nice and really make you feel comfortable and at ease I went in for a stye that I got before vacation and literally lasted two months my doctor prescribed me a eye drop antibiotic and I worked at first than my eye got worse after trying two other antibiotics I finally found Dr.Lee in Yelp and I'm actually very particular about and Doctors I always see how everything is set up if it's clean if they seem to actually care and this place was all the above they make u feel at home and it seems that they really care about their patients I know it's just a eye doctor some people might think but your eyes can show a lot of things with your health and it's scary to think something might be wrong well at least for me it was I was already feeling sad that I hadn't been feeling myself for two months with the stye on my eye especially being a girl I feel that it made me self conscious but thank god I went to Dr.Lee and after him giving me some helpful tips on what I can do to help it go away without having to cut it open like what the first doctor wanted me to do it went away and I'm so glad and thankful for finding this doctor and his wife is so sweet and welcoming I had a great experience read more

It was my 1st time here and Dr.Lee is an amazing OD but my glasses I had picked out the same day receiving my proscription are yet to be ready. I was told it would take 3-5 days . I ordered them Sunday and called that week on Friday cause that is the 5th day, the front desk told me they were not ready and maybe ready on Monday. It's Monday I have not yet received a called. I was going to call at 6pm cause I thought it closed at 7pm but they close at 6pm (my mistake) but I have to wait another day. So I'm hoping to finally receive my glasses tomorrow. read more
