Ernesto's is such a wonderful place. The food is delicious!!! Best breakfast we had on the island. Ranchero sauce muy bueno! Had lunch too. Quesadillas and guacamole excellent. The view is unparalleled and the staff is attentive and quick. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Fantastic food. Loved the guacamole, shrimp fajitas, Pico de gallo and the super soft flour tortillas. Yummy.small venue and easy to walk from the port. Great place come too after you scuba dive as the dive shop is next

Beautiful view of the water, and very convenient to international pier. Seating is outdoors, but covered and with fans to keep cool. Food was ready quickly and reasonable price. Great place to come for some fajitas, chips, guac, and salsa!

    CHICKEN AND SHRIMP FAJITAS. YUM!

Love this place! Authentic. Reasonable and great food and drinks. Waterfront casual dining. Try the fajitas and margaritas. Chips and pico de Gallo is amazing and fresh!!! Huge frozen margaritas.

We went to ruins and all the way around the south tip and snorkeled at Paradise and Money Bar! Money bar best fish!

We reserved our 2 jeeps via email and they responded with Confirmation. I printed our conversation. My family walked to Ernesto's about 15 mins from carnival pier and a crowd was wanting Jeeps. I walked up to the counter showed my printed paper -he asked if my name was on his list-it was! He had 3 jeeps left and we got 2 of them. ***he is working only on Cozumel time making no allowance for Cruise ship time**** we were all late to our reserved times. Jeeps worked great! All as advertised! $60 each.

Free Wifi! If you are traveling by boat, exit the pier (make sure you have your sea pass card thing ) and take a left and walk. In less than 5 minutes, you will find the bar tucked in behind a scooter rental. Its old, it's grungy , then you walk out to the back patio where you can see your ship and gorgeous blue waters. Margaritas were a few bucks cheaper than the ship (~7$) and they take card. We didn't participate in the food because we had unlimited steak on a cruise ship and I was stuffed still. Margaritas were great and service was quick and they speak English well (I would get nowhere with my broken Spanish )

Yummy! Came here today after a shore excursion. I had the chicken chimichangas which were great (and a strawberry margarita). The quest dip was not good- skip that appetizer. Husband had the fish tacos which were a huge order - he also enjoyed them. Free fast wifi and a beautiful view as well.

This is a fun atmosphere restaurant located near the southern cruise port area. Once you go…read morethrough the overpriced shops at the port, turn right and walk to the intersection. You cannot miss it across the street. The facility is open air with enthusiastic workers there. While seated we had a clown try to create balloon hats for us and a local street dancing group performed for a few minutes (yes, whistles, clapping and some hollers but it does stop. We sat down and were given a basket of chips with 4 dipping sauces and a bowl of freshly made salsa. The server explained the sauces real quick but could only make out part of what he said. Some were tastier than others and one was definitely hotter than the rest. We ordered a plate of nachos which were actually pretty good. They came with melted cheese (not cheese sauce like back home) along with sliced jalapenos, guacamole and chunks of meat. They also had a brown (maybe enchilada) sauce. The push there are the drinks. Crazy, colorful options are available. Being that it was still early and I am trying to get my money back on the beverage package I bought onboard, we stuck to soda. The stars are more for the people working there than the menu. Food options were very limited and not too exciting. This is more for atmosphere than anything else.

I am writing this review because I believe Paradise Beach needs to seriously address a safety issue…read moreand the way my concerns were handled by management. I have been to Paradise Beach before and understand how the all-inclusive package works, including the alcohol service. My concern is not that alcohol is available -- my concern is what happens when guests are drinking to the point that their safety may be compromised. My 25-year-old daughter is currently visiting Paradise Beach with her boyfriend and a female friend. Based on videos posted online, they were taking shots and participating in the "rainbow" drink challenge over approximately five hours. In the videos, they appeared severely intoxicated. They were impaired to the point that I was genuinely concerned they may not have been able to make safe decisions for themselves, especially while in another country and participating in activities such as water excursions. A person who is extremely intoxicated around water or in an unfamiliar environment can be at serious risk of injury or even death. This is not a minor concern. What concerns me even more is how my safety concern was handled by the manager, Manuel. I called the beach club because I was frightened for my daughter's safety and wanted someone on-site to be aware of the situation. Instead of listening, showing concern, or acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, Manuel was rude, dismissive, and told me that I am her mother and she is my responsibility and can drink as much as she wants. That response was extremely disappointing. I understand that adults are responsible for their own choices, but an establishment that promotes unlimited alcohol also has a responsibility to recognize when a guest may be dangerously impaired and vulnerable. A manager's response to a legitimate safety concern should be compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to help -- not dismissal. At the time of writing this, I do not even know whether my daughter made it safely back to the cruise ship, and I am left worried about her well-being. Paradise Beach needs to review both its alcohol service practices and the behavior and training of its management staff. The issue here is not simply that someone drank too much -- the issue is that a safety concern was raised and was not taken seriously by the person responsible for managing the facility.
