An awesome experience! We were able to challenge the "initiation" and you get completely lost in the puzzles, toward finding your way through. You forget where you are, as you are so wrapped into the (very well) themed room! I thought I was in a whole different world, until I walked out and realized it was still day light! The clues are creative and even when you don't beat the room (like us ), you still walk away feeling accomplished for how far you came, as a team. Beat the Room is a must do if you're looking for a fun group activity. I have done it twice and we were able to Beat the Room both times. The first time we did The Captain's Quarters and found it to be challenging. Some of the puzzles were quite tricky. Next we tried 221B Baker Street. This Sherlock Holmes room was so fun and we barely made it out in time. The rooms are themed and the entire facility is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly. Definitely a lot of fun!! We tried the Captains Quarters and can't wait to back and try our skills at another room. The room was clean and well organized and the rules were laid out simply. A fun and great night out. Just a note...Make sure you bring plenty of people because you never know who you might be working with if you don't book all available spots. We were lucky to get a fun group of people and we all got along well but if your shy or uncomfortable around strangers just keep that in mind if you are only bringing a few friends or loved ones. read more

Great way to spend an hour or so of your day with a group of friends or co workers. There are some things that could have added to the experience while in the room such as: when the challenge ends having the person who enters in character to tell you your time is up if you don't make it. Added sound effects in the room while trying to solve puzzles etc. but other than that it was an extremely fun time which gets you working as a team to solve the puzzles! Great time! We went tonight with family and friends to celebrate my fiance and I getting married. Bridal shower prequel. We had a great time. Only 2 of the 8 had ever done an escape room so we had no clue what to expect. Captains quarters was alot of fun. Was challenge going for us as beginners but we want to try harder ones next time. My husband and I came here, our first time at an escape room venue, for a friend's birthday. We had a group of 10 and 8 of us are experienced geocachers, so we had a feeling we'd do well solving the puzzles, particularly since one of our team's members is one of the more prolific puzzle geocache creators in the region. He was our ringer, I suppose. We played The Initiation room and many of the puzzles we had to solve, as I had hoped, were very similar to what we've seen in geocaching. We were not that good at working linearly, however, and came up with one of the answers way too soon, which we forgot about by the time we got to the part where we needed that answer. After finding 3/4 of what we needed to escape, we had to ask for a hint and the collective moan shook the walls when we realized that we had found the answer much earlier in the session, but hadn't known what to do with it. We escaped with around 15 minutes to go. This was a great experience and we all had a great time. Perhaps a group of 10 was too big for that room. I think everyone wanted to help do something instead of standing around and thus we ended up finding answers out of order. Thank you to the staff for the great experience and to our friends, Jay and Starr, for inviting us! We're looking forward to trying more of these rooms! read more

Did the Sherlock room and it was amazing. Fun time trying to solve all the puzzles. Super tough room with fun twists throughout. This is my 3rd Escape the room and these puzzles were harder than the other 3. The staff was very friendly and patient with us. That's even with us coming at 10am in the morning. read more

This is the worst escape room I have ever been to given that I have been to more than 20 escape rooms. The room itself is EXTREMELY TINY. You literally will crash on your friends when you turn, yet, there is not any connected room or extended area. Your party is stuck in a crowded room for 60 mins reading things out loudly! Yes! You are not solving puzzles here but READING. Most of the things are shown on a LED mon instead of any hidden place. I do not recommend anyone to go there! Yet, they will kick you out once you finished the game even there is a lounge area with board games provided to customers. read more

We didn't Beat The Room, but I have to admit it was fun! This is a great idea when you're looking for something out of the ordinary for entertainment. I would definitely recommend this for corporate team building, date night and even birthdays. Time allowed went by very fast. There were times when we found several clues at once and then other times where we were stumped for awhile before figuring out one the puzzles that would allow us to move forward. Well I have to say this was quite a fun experience!! The employees were great, very informative. They were friendly and accommodating as soon as we arrived. Once it was time, we were briefed on how the whole thing worked. We entered our room (Captains Quarters) and began. I have to say it was an absolute blast. The room was nice and cool with good ventilation. The decor was awesome and made you really feel like you were in a pirates cabin. Without giving anything away, I'll just say the clues were not overly hard and made for quite a fun outing. Can't wait to go back! read more

Very disappointing! Was visiting the area and took some local friends to their first escape room experience here. Had to apologize to them for the horribly low quality room. Most of the "puzzles" were poorly thought out. It seemed like almost everything in the room was put together cheaply and designed with an absolute minimum of thought and care. I feel like I was robbed. I would not recommend this business and I will not return. read more

This was my third escape room experience. I was worried with only four people we might struggle since the room can take up to eight. However four was perfect. Any more would have been too much and less fun as not everyone would have something to work on. My group had a lot of fun completing the puzzles. None were overly difficult. We did the initiation room. Would go back to try the other rooms. Room to improve: better (more upbeat, fun) lobby music and more friendly/engaging staff. read more

Wow! My coworkers and I had a BLAST attempting to beat the Sherlock Holmes room. We periodically have team days, and all agreed that Beat the Room has been our favorite so far. Super fun family night! We did The Initiation Room with 7 people and it was a blast. So much to solve - we worked both as a whole team and in small groups. The location is easy to find - parking is good - the staff is really friendly - the room is clean and well thought out. We even enjoyed the lounge area (after we finished the escape room), working on some of the brain teaser puzzles they had laying around. read more
