We're still talking about it the next day and staff allowed us to take pictures. I really want to come back and try the other rooms. Hopefully y'all have promos soon so I can make it happen as it's a little pricy (but so are all escape rooms) Only downside is that it was a little difficult to find.

After playing The Heist, I noticed that escaping the first room simply involved pressing a button. Since I had seen that mechanic before, I tried the same thing in Prison Break, and it worked. My cell door opened immediately, so I had to pretend it was still locked. I think there should be a more immersive way to escape the cell than having a green "exit" button within arm's reach of a prison cell. Cosmic Crisis was my favorite room by far. It was interactive, futuristic, and included some really fun elements like shooting spaceships. I don't want to spoil anything, but it was a great experience. Overall, I've had positive experiences with both the rooms and the employees. However, after playing Cosmic Crisis, we were told that if we booked another game that night, we would receive 20% off and be upgraded to a private game. We booked Prison Break for a future date and time based on that offer. Five minutes before our game, we received a phone call informing us that a group of three strangers would be joining our supposedly private room. I explained the situation and reminded them that we had been promised a private game. (Knowing the premise of the Prison Break room, fewer players actually make the experience more enjoyable because the game starts with people separated into two small cells, and the space can feel too small.) The employee said he would "talk to us" about the situation when we got there. He also rushed us to arrive exactly on time, saying the game would start with or without us and that the other group would begin anyways if we were late. Despite that, everyone ended up waiting 15 minutes because the room wasn't ready yet. We were rushed for no reason and still had to play with strangers. At the end of the game, the employee with glasses and light brown hair asked to speak with us. Unfortunately, he didn't offer any real solution. He simply said we could have a private room next time! The problem is that we had already played all the rooms we were interested in, so that offer has little value. When a business makes a mistake, the solution shouldn't be to promise to get it documented correctly for a next time, it should address the inconvenience that already occurred. Despite this issue, I still enjoyed the escape rooms themselves and had positive interactions with the rest of the staff overall. My frustration comes specifically from what was supposed to be our last, best game here. Luckily the strangers were very nice and did not take away from our experience, very blessed.

I don't think many escape rooms include about how many people passed the room, but I'm not sure if they ever update it or if the numbers are accurate. Angelica introduced us to the room and setting! She was super kind~ We did the basketball one (rated at easy, 50% pass rate, up to 6 ppl in a room) as a warmup. If 6 people were in this small room, it would definitely feel claustrophobic. It wasn't too challenging or simple. The hardest thing was how to use the walkie talkie since it was my first time LOL. Angelica had to interventions and tell us to let go of the black button on the walkie talkie. We were a bit stumped with how some of the puzzles work because I never thought I could do this in particular to find clues. Some of the visuals and props could've needed some work like painting, antiqueness, and productional set up. But the room was pretty clear with what needed to be solved. Their wooden placards for escaping or failing the puzzle were mediocre though The person working when we ended took some not great pictures (and very crooked) but kind enough to retake . Another thing so I didn't like is that when we opened the final door to the actual room, the timer kept going. So we don't really know when we finished (or if we were even close to the leaderboard). The room and floor were also freezing cold.

She was a ton of fun, and certainly knows how to set a ship on fire. Having an in-room actor is helpful for dealing with any hardware glitches which are fairly common in escape rooms. But Niki was spectacular. She balanced the level of interaction to not be too obtrusive, but sill remain helpful. I don't know what else to tell you without giving anything away. The room itself was very well put together. Everyone in our party was engaged in the problem solving, and we finished with plenty of time to spare.

Very easy to book through the website even with the Groupon voucher. What would normally cost $60 for two people only cost $40. Upon arriving it may be best to scout the area for a good parking spot. We end up parking at a garage and paid $14 for an hour. There was a lot of traffic this day in particular due to road construction. The sign to the place doesn't really just jump out unless you are really paying attention to it. Management was a little late and the doors were locked when we arrived but we had fun once inside so it made us forget about our 15 minute wait outside. Once inside you do have to fight the fishy smell from the poke bowl place but it's better when you reach the inside of Escape the room. Management did an awesome job explaining everything for us newbies and although we didn't escape it was a great experience and we have a picture to remember the moment.

We played several different games like wheel of fortune, family feud, and price is right. We had so much fun. After the games we returned into the first room and had food. I definitely recommend for team and friend outings.

As someone who is a big scaredy-cat, I asked my friend to call to see if live actor was scary, and they assured us that it was not scary. I can say that they were true to their word! We had Tanner as our live actor / guide through the experience. He was very immersive and passionate about the role. This was my first time doing a room with a live actor, so I don't have a point of comparison. I personally didn't like the way clues were given, but others may appreciate the banter and silly actions Tanner was doing to lead us in the right direction. I thought the addition of "crisis" moments was a clever way to reward strong players. My main issue with the room was that it was linear. At no point were two groups of people working on something simultaneously. That means that if you have more than three people, some members may be standing around. There was also one puzzle that is solved solely by trial-and-error, which is poor design. For the price, I had higher expectations in production value. The best part of The Grand Zeppelin was the ending, and I do want to commend Tanner for providing us with an immersive experience!

I came with my boyfriend and we had no idea…read morewhat to expect - the structure of the game is that you play 4 mini games that last 10 minutes each. The better you do in these mini games, the more time you're awarded to "beat the bomb". After you go through your 4 games, you suit up into the hazmat looking suits, step into a room with all the paint, and you have as much time as you've accrued over your mini games to beat the bomb! If you don't beat the bomb, you'll definitely get splashed with the paint, but if you do beat the bomb, you get the option to get splashed or not (but why would you ever pass on getting splashed???) How I see it, the mini games are split into 2 categories - 2/4 games require more brain and memory, and 2/4 games are more active. They alternate them, thankfully! My only complaint is that the wristband scanners in one of the rooms (the audio/visual room on the left side) felt a little jank. We had to attempt to scan multiple times before it would read. Teams are minimum of 2, maximum of 6, so ideal for a date activity, a small group of friends, or a family! It was so fun to receive our photos and videos back! I'm glad that this is included in the base price, as usually getting any type of photo/video back is an upcharge. Would highly recommend this unique experience

A heads up would have been really good bc we had plans after but had to cancel them. One of the rooms weren't working (our 2nd game) and one of the staff told me we would have to come out of the experience and wait another 30 minutes if we wanted to get it fixed bc there were other groups right behind us. That was a weird response and solution. Then a nice male staff member saw us waiting and said "oh that's silly, I'll hook yall up" and fixed it for us so we could continue. Shout out to him for just doing what was logical but also being nice about it. At the end of the experience, we waited 30m for our video to pop up and never got it. We ended up getting another groups video. The staff said to just email HQ. I emailed them and never heard back. So what should have been a 1hr event turned into a a cumulative 4+ hr event. The concept was great and I'm sure other groups have a great experience, but they were battin pretty low on the day we came through.
