I had my daughter's 11th Birthday party here and I would have to say it was probably the best one ever. I had originally 10 guests coming and the day of the party of course we had two cancellations and I for sure thought I was going to have to pay for them so I wasn't even going to ask but they actually told me they were only going to charge me for the number of kids there. That never happens. I was very grateful. For a party they include personalized invitations that were awesome. The party room was fully decked out with party decorations they provide 2 slices of pizza,varieties of drinks and cake and all the paper products . If your kid is like mine and won't eat cake they will take off a few more dollars. They invite you to watch on the monitors to see how it's going and keep you posted if you like. The professionalism of the staff is stellar. I really can't say enough things or maybe I can. Since I read there would be walking & riddles to be solved. And the older fam aren't too fond of the unknown & puzzle solving LOL. The ones that responded decided as a group to do the Cupcake Conundrum in Patchogue. What a great way to explore the different shops on Main St. I don't wanna give too much away because that's where the fun is. Solving the clues & finding the next spot. We got to try Locale where we dined on Mussels in wine sauce & a Margherita Pizza. Both were delicious! That's where we got our first clue. Then there was The Paper Doll Curiosity Shoppe which we all loved and Todd was so friendly & such a pleasure to talk with. Fun stuff in the store. Like the funky glasses with mustaches that we received & wore for the rest of the day like it was normal. We were stopped several times by curious onlookers who wanted to know about the glasses. We proudly told them "We're Food Detectives!!" LOL Several wonderful restaurants including 2 desserts. All of the food was delicious & enjoyable. This one has a backstory and atmosphere that is darker and more ominous than a basic scary mansion theme. It is an immersive experience of being in an old house that is haunted and tormented by evil spirits and the tragic end of the family that lived there. It packs a lot in a small space with some jump scares and it is probably best for a group of 4 to 6 people. Some of the puzzles can be challenging so it's good to have help. The final stages of the game really elevate the experience as your time ticks down and urgency increases. The tasks to be solved become more sinister in nature but also were the most fun part. The detail and atmosphere really put this one over the top. Highly recommended if you enjoy spookier types of games and experiences.
