But then again, considering my experience with San Diego North Endodontics, I should have expected this. Early last year, I had enough pain to make an emergency visit to my regular dentist. They subsequently sent me over to Doctor Chesler's office for a consultation. Turns out I had an incomplete root canal from a previous dentist many years ago that wasn't done quite right. They got me in right away to resolve the issue and that is exactly what they did! The entire procedure was a cake walk with immediate pain relief. Although there was residual pain due to healing, it has gradually been getting less. My 6-month visit revealed substantial improvement, and my one-year visit showed missing bone structure filling back in. It's to the point of only slight sensation while flossing. Ok, so much for the technical stuff. Regarding Dr. Chesler, I felt like I was his ONLY patient! He kept me fully informed about everything sparing no details. Additionally, he is compassionate in addressing any patient concerns. It's like he goes beyond the call of duty!

Dr. Chesler was also wonderful, he performed the procedure quickly and efficiently, and I felt completely at ease in his care. Alicia, his assistant, was equally kind and supportive, especially during the injections. They truly have an amazing team here!

I called so many dental Offices even the ones that said emergency dental work and ones that opened till 7pm. No one would take me and most of them closed even earlier than reported on Google/yelp. I finally got lucky and called Dr. Martin's office and Tamara his wife was so nice on the phone. I explained to her my situation, she was so understanding and put me in at 6pm even though they closed at 6:30pm. Dr. Martin was super thorough and patient. He took his time to explain why my crown keeps popping off and he even fixed it so my bit was better. They are old school but can be trusted. You can tell they truly care about their patients. If I lived here I would definitely continue to go back.

I've never been treated so bad at a clinic before by a dentist. This dental group had gotten a lot of high reviews on Google and Yelp because of a raffle he's offering for reviews! I was duped. Went to another dentist which said I may possibly have 2 small cavities but he couldn't be sure until he removed my sealants/fillings.

Dr.Hanlon and his staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! On Easter, my 12 year old son bit into something hard and cracked his tooth. I received a referral to Dr.Hanlon from his pediatric dentist for a possible root canal. At first, it was a scary thought that he needed a root canal and being that my son gets anxious seeing doctors I was preparing for a traumatic experience. The experience we received from Dr.Hanlon, Presley and the rest of his staff was nothing short of excellent! Dr.Hanlon walked us through the whole anatomy of his tooth and detailed what procedure needed to be done. He answered all our questions, gave us detailed instructions and my son said the whole procedure was practically painless. This was truly such a pleasant experience! Dr. Hanlon, who strives to have everyday a great day, Sophie, Pressley and the whole staff are extremely Professional. Dr. Hanlon is very thorough with explaining everything in detail, while making sure you understand. What I really appreciate is that Dr. Hanlon gives it to you straight. Germaine & the entire front and back office are equally amazing. I felt heard & supported. I felt understood and listened to. I felt empathy; I felt like I was having a genuine human interaction, which is getting rare these days. Absolutely everyone there was friendly AND professional! They completely humored me, put up with my bad jokes and nervous babbling & laughter; answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Germaine was the best! Super funny guy himself! I hate to say it, but he was my favorite. though everybody there was awesome. And let me tell you, Dr. Soelberg has a magic touch! I had 13 teeth extracted, 3 alveoplasty's with 3 sutures. And that was my second visit. I had an extraction a month before this and had zero pain afterwards. Then, I literally had almost zero pain at all 13 extraction sites. Now my jaw is another story. But that is normal & I'm grateful for the i uprofen. I'm not sure if it IS normal to have almost zero pain at the extraction sites, but I did not. I'm not even sure how that's possible. They truly have a magic touch. The facility is gorgeous, super clean, warm and inviting. I really just can't emphasize adequately how absolutely awesome Dr Soelberg & the staff are. They made an absolutely terrifying, life changing procedure, bearable. I am forever grateful and I would recommend them 100%! Big thanks to the entire staff at NCOFS!

Dr. Ian Gibbs has Great bedside manner put me at ease and successfully extracted that tooth. The office staff at both offices in Escondido and Rancho Penosquitos are just as Great! Thank you!!!
