I am the buyer so I did not get to choose my escrow. my deal should have closed DAYS ago. for some reason this escrow company decided to fund my deal before the listing agent completed all required contractual tasks, as specified in the RPA. escrow is taking no accountability for their actions & seems to be working for the listing agent & not as a mutual third party. this escrow company is very suspect. the value they provide is subpar. quality of service is not good. Dalia Godinez & Escrow Team were very diligent in our escrow process. It was a little complicated because the condo we were selling had a changing HOA, but Dalia and her team were persistent in getting everything they needed in order to close as soon as possible. On top of that, our HOA management company charged us an extra surplus on HOA docs and we notified Dalia to see if she could help us get a refund, and again, after tenacious emails and phone calls from her team, she got a "request denied" changed to a full $60 refund. Very pleased that even after Escrow closed, she and her team responded to our emails and worked so hard to help us get our money back from the HOA property managers. read more

Like other reviews on here I wish there was a no star review. If at all cost avoid this escrow company. Jammie especially, she and her boss lied to me about paying off my credit card loan as part of the loan refinance agreement. Now, I have to get a real estate attorney to recoup my $12,500 that they stole. When doing your refi ask who the escrow company is and avoid yourself the stress of dealing with this company. Read the other one star reviews. I don't know how they are 4 stars. They have gotten people to lie and write reviews for them. read more

Escrow Today? More like Escrow Delay! Unfortunately yelp does not offer the option to select zero stars or negative stars, so they get one. The millennials should be happy. You get one gold star! Let me start that saying the selection to go with this sad excuse for an escrow company was not mine, but the seller's. If you want to deal with a company that puts the wrong escrow number on paperwork, this is your place. If you are looking for a company that says that they will email you, then doesn't, until you call, give your name, get put on hold for five minutes and email you when your on hold so that they can say "I emailed you" when they finally take your call, then this is the place for you. The best was when Zoraya denied getting the wire transfer for nearly 300,000.00 only to find that after arguing with the escrow company that knows what they are doing (Thanks Maria with Pacific Estates Escrow!) she gave the wrong escrow number in the wire instructions. Great job! When we though you had done enough to prove you were the worst in the state, you upped yourself by having a check for 43,000.00 dropped off on my front porch. No doorbell ring. No knock. No signature. Escrow Delay, as long as you have slackers working for you like Zoraya, you will keep your title as worst in the state. Perhaps you should try Texas now.
