I was taken a back at about 1005 and at 10:22 my Hydro facial was complete then they placed red light therapy on my face for five minutes and it's over that's a lot of money. You start with low power and progress to high power over the course of a few months. I definitely got reduction in hair in all my treatment areas! Certain areas are not as complete results because of hormones and skin pigmentation, but I love the results overall. The set some expectations, it does require maintenance in the long term, but far less than waxing or shaving. After the initial monthly sessions for a year, I come back once every two to three months. I was also sad to see Kaitlin go and there seems to be a lot of turnover in terms of staffing. After the laser's re-calibration, I can't lie - the laser is at least a 5/10 painful (10 being completely unmanageable pain). But, all the staff are friendly and sessions are quick. From my very first phone call, consultation, follow-up emails, video calls, and scheduling, every single person has been attentive, efficient, kind, and incredibly responsive. Dr. Tom has surrounded himself with an amazing team. I never once felt forgotten, hurried, or like my questions were a bother. I had a conscious sedation, or "awake," tummy tuck with liposuction to my abdomen and flanks. Because we live out of the area, I had several calls and video visits with the office before surgery. By the time I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and well informed. My questions had been answered, my labs were complete, and I already had my medications in hand. The entire process was incredibly organized. Surgery day could not have gone more smoothly. I had no complications or complaints and was completely comfortable. I actually napped on and off throughout the procedure! The entire surgical team made me feel safe, relaxed, and very well cared for. The post-op care has been just as impressive. Dr. Tom personally stayed in contact with both my husband and me the day of surgery and the following day, and we were given his personal cell phone number in case we had any concerns or urgent needs. On my second night post-op, I developed a mild fever of 100.9°. My husband called Dr. Tom at 8:30 that evening, and he answered his cell phone immediately. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, talked us through what was happening, and gave us advice on what to do. Thankfully, everything was fine and it was simply my body reacting to everything it had been through. Dr. Tom then called the next morning to check on me and offered to have me come into the office if I wanted to be seen. That experience really drove home that when he gives you his personal number and tells you to call if you need him, he means it. I'm now post-op day five and am still receiving a daily text checking on my progress. That level of care means so much. And the results... WOW. I know I'm only five days post-op and several months away from seeing my final result, but I already could not be happier. For anyone wondering about my starting point, I'm 5'2", was 124 pounds going into surgery, and would consider myself to have an athletic build. The paper lining should have been a good thing, but the old looking gross bed sheet that covers where people lie down that was under the new paper lining had hairs on it and just looked disgusting. She did an "okay" job but somehow missed a lot of areas and I'm not a lion! Not the greatest quality. And she double dips. I thought that independent, licensed cosmetologists usually follow the standards of using a different stick to place in the wax every time, but I guess I was proven wrong.
