Complained about my transmission when it was just replaced and we had already told them what was wrong with the car. And basically charged $100 extra for that type of service. I would give zero stars if I could. Well, it's been a long time since someone threatened me with physical violence, in person. Apparently being autistic and asking questions, or being "rude" and "annoying," with car salesmen gets that today. So, I get one of those scam car mailers saying that I have won some money, so I call both the mailer number AND the dealership about the scam, and get told the same thing both places, that I have won, and to go collect. I ask a LOT of questions. So, I mask up and go see what I have won. The sales person is reticent to answer my questions, and calls me "annoying" for asking them. After giving me conflicting answers from what I was given on the phone. He calls another person over, supposedly the dealership head manager, Quentin (sp?), whom is even less happy with my questions, and calls me "rude." I am close to a meltdown at this point, having told everyone involved that I am autistic and am trying to get straight answers from salesmen, and the original salesman is then rude to me, and threatens to physically harm me. I was then told that I was at fault for being, again, "rude." There was more, including no one on the staff willing to put hands on me after they had threatened to, but I'm done. My family and I received a flyer in the mail that had scratch off tickets on it. We scratched it and it said we won $5000. The chance of winning was one and 90,000 and we were reluctant to believe that it could be true. However, we called the number listed and she let us know. "No, you did indeed win" and told us to go to the dealership. We were so excited as we just lost everything in the Moore flooding. We get to the dealership and are told "no everyone is a winner" you either won the $5,000 or a $2 scratch off (which by the way takes 15 minutes for them to bring around so we didn't stay for that). BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE in my 35 years of buying cars. I searched online and chatted with a lady named Leslie who was pleasant and answered all my questions. I filled out the credit app and a salesman named Michael Ptak contacted me on my phone. Very nice young man and when I was done talking with him, I saved him as a contact because I knew I wanted to work with him. Just seemed like a great guy who wanted to get me a good deal. He text me back quickly with several options. I asked him question after question about different scenarios and different cars. He was very knowledgable and wasn't pushy about trying to do a deal. We went to the dealership and Michael had two different cars on us to see the differences I was asking about. showed us a couple others and didn't push to sell any of them. When it came time to do the numbers, he shot straight and didn't lie or try to rip us off. They didn't do the, bring out a ridiculous quote, then spend 45 minutes trying to get as much money as possible from us. He knocked off a little bit and got the payment where we wanted. Had to get the vehicle from another place to get the one we wanted. The entire process took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. The service that was done today was fine: oil change, tire rotation/balance. Josh gave me a discounted price. I have been to ORR Central Many Many times, in fact I purchased my car from them when they were Hudiburg, back in 2016 and Always Always had service done there. Today I took my car in for service and felt like a complete stranger by two of the service reps, who I have had in the past. It's like they've never seen me and my service dog. They were very unfriendly.IT felt Very uncomfortable. To top it all off, I had lost a 20.00$ bill somewhere there. Either in their waiting room or by the exit getting my car. I had a lot of paperwork in my pockets and my service dog leash in hand. As I was fumbling to get the paperwork out of my pocket, where the 20.00$ was, it must have fallen out onto the floor. When I got home I looked all over for it as I was going to use that for gas. I looked with a flashlight all over the car, seats, under seats, floor underneath car, and Nothing. I called and spoke with one of the service fellas and they said they would look for it. (Mind you, I am a disabled senior and it's sometimes very difficult for me to get around or do things quickly like I once did. The fella gets back on the phone and says "sorry" ma'm...nobody saw it and hung up. We just drove all the way across town after being led to believe that we won $2500 from a newspaper "lottery" game we received in the mail today. Before driving over though, we called to confirm and ask if our ticket was truly a winner. They said "congratulations, yes, you are a winner! Come on in and ask for Ryan, the manager." When we arrived about 15 mins later, there didn't seem to be anyone named Ryan, so we spoke to Victor, who was to his credit, very kind, and he let us know that we were in fact not winners, but that we have a chance to win another contest for a vacation package if we go online and enter. He gave us a certificate saying compliments of Orr Nissan Central. THAT certificate says "Congratulations, you have been rewarded with a seven night resort stay. You must redeem this certificate before it expires in order to activate the offer. After activation your only cost would range from $280-$398 per week." These scammy MF'rs are the reason this country is such a sh*t show. Basically, it was all a scam to get us to come in and buy a car. AND they signed me up on their auto-text list and started texting me less than 2 mins after I called in. I have bought dozens of cars over the past 20+ years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Initially, I called about a car and they told me that it was available. I immediately drove to the car lot and was informed that they had just sold the car (literally within a matter of 30 minutes from my call). I had my heart set on this specific vehicle and color so when they told me that they had another one just like it at another lot I decided to go ahead with the purchase. During the negotiations I was presented a We Owe sheet saying that they would deliver headsets for the DVD system after the purchase as they were missing from the car as well as being assured by the salesman that he would mail them. Needless to say, I never received the headsets and I have called and left multiple messages for the manager and finance person with no response. Further, they gave me two key fobs and one of them does not work with this vehicle. They told me I could come in and have the key reprogrammed at any location when the key guy is there which has yet to happen due to them never knowing when he is available. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. These idiots sell me a lemon, and then try to say I wasn't getting oil changes and that's why there's sludge in my engine and that's why my warranty won't cover it. That's not true. I got 3 changes and I only got the car in August. I've had to fill the oil every two weeks and I got the spark plugs and coils replaced as well as several other issues. While I'm looking into getting receipts from the oil change and they look into everything and getting it fixed, they won't even provide me a loaner. I am a single mom who works full-time and they just expect me to go without a car until I prove they sold me a shut car.... I took our Still under (or should of been) warranty Rogue Sport in for a radiator fan that has stopped working. Mileage is under 50K, and was told that warranty had run out, as well as extended warranty would only cover radio repair and small things like that. REALLY!!!!????? I know i am ONLY a dumb female,,, but REALLY????? So I would have to pay for the repair, to the tune of $1000!!!!!!! again REALLY???????NOOOOOOOO i wont!, there were also recalls on the car,,, and have been told they were addressed, but how can i be sure??? could you be sure??? When i go and pick up the car,, i pay the $140 diagnostic fee, did not say a word. I get the paperwork, and that $140 appears to cover telling me that i need all the systems flushed and a cabin filter for $600 MORE on top of the repair cost. I get in my car and what should i find a/c on full blast as cold as it could be made... radio on a metal rock station FULL BLAST, seat and mirrors moved,, why??? and grease on wheel and shift lever... and a glob of grease on the seat back. Awful, sleazy people work here. I actually bought the car, but I advise you do not. They push and push and offer and offer to get you to buy, and then wont follow through with the service offered as incentive. They give you the price of the car and make you pay $1300 additional for the possibility you might want window tint and justify the price by giving you floor mats and tire locks- not that they arent helpful, they just arent worth $1300. We negotiated a price and monthly pmt, i signed, and left and 2 weeks later they call me to tell me my monthly payment is larger than I agreed to, but what could I do, return the car and go to driving nothing as I had traded in my previous car? They offer 2 years free lube service and conveniently have no record on my file for the promised service and they are charging as if it never existed. Take it from me and this review, an actual customer driving the car purchased from this place, DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! I am not a happy consumer with Nissan currently. I can't say it is the brand Nissan more than it is the dealership where I purchased the vehicle from. I have owned many Nissan products and I love Nissan the Brand but not particularly the dealership. This dealership I have had issues with is ORR Nissan organization. They have three dealership that are all located in Oklahoma City. They are Nissan East, Nissan West and Nissan Central. At the current moment the issue is with ORR Nissan Central. I mentioned all three dealerships I have had problems with all of them one time or another. I recently was involved with vandalism and my windshield, rearview mirror, Radio and LCD screen are damaged. My insurance company has authorized that I take my vehicle to my preferred location to have these items fixed. I chose Nissan because I was under the impression that my vehicle is Nissan and taking it to the Nissan dealership would provide a better experience for me. I took my vehicle to ORR Nissan Central on December 5, 2022, because they assured me that they can get the parts and repair my vehicle as soon as possible. It has been 30 days now and nothing has been done yet. I get excuses such as the chip shortage or the pandemic is causing all the delays. I was pressured to endorse the check from my insurance company before I can take my vehicle to park it in a safe location (My garage). Now I am afraid the dealership will just sit on this issue and I will not hear anything. Again I am not very happy at all about this entire experience.
