I encountered a significant issue with eSky, a travel company when I purchased a ticket in June. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my travel plans due to the unexpected passing of my father-in-law on the very day of my intended departure. Subsequently, I initiated a refund request, which has proven to be an arduous process. The primary challenge arises from the absence of a live customer service representative, rendering all communication and requests dependent on online channels. Moreover, eSky requested documentation as proof of my relationship with my late father-in-law. The challenge was that the required documentation was located in the United States while I was in France at the time. Despite these logistical hurdles, I diligently completed all necessary forms and attached the requisite written proofs. Regrettably, my efforts to obtain a resolution have been met with prolonged silence from eSky since July. In light of these circumstances, I feel compelled to express my serious concerns regarding eSky's business practices. I am sure that if you book and everything goes smoothly then they are a really good option but in the event of problem, don't expect any support. I booked a business class ticket that was marginally less expensive than the airline website but when my travel plans changed unexpectedly due to a 100 year storm in Europe, the airline was happy to make changes but asked me to go through the travel agency, esky.com, to make the changes. Their customer service was underwhelming and they refused to make the changes as it conflicted with the T&C's. It is completely my fault for thinking that a business class fare would be treated the same by the travel agency and the airline. Just be aware if you have some unforeseen changes that it may be better to book through the airline website. read more

Can't get in touch with anyone! I need my tickets separately as I am not travelling home with the person who made the booking (Not that I have any tickets going out either). The booking nr I have is not recognized at Qatar Airways and I can't access any of my tickets or even book a meal for my flight! On the Esky page I can fill out a form that doesn't work and on Facebook I get a standard reply that says to use the form at the page - THAT DOESN'T WORK! and i also tried esky customer service. I'm leaving in 5 days and I have nothing but stress and concern for this trip. I don't know to do, and reading all these other bad rewievs makes me wish I never booked with this company read more

Great Security system as well, As we were booking multiple tickets after a point we were not allowed due to suspicious activity, but thanks to Daria from customer care she helped us well to complete on the booking. The most important thing the price for the tickets was comparatively lesser than the other websites. Would surely use and recommend others for using esky services. Very easy to use and plan the whole trip rather than have to book each flight singularly.good customer support number The only downside I found is that eSky use their own codes for the flight booking, their own email and their own payment system to book with the airline. The airline booking reference was given and later enabled me to see that the airline had recorded the booking and I was able to select a seat.
