I can't thank Curt and his team enough! Curt came out to my home a couple years after it was built to personally make sure that the original shower glass panes that had been scratched during construction were replaced with new panes and that I was fully satisfied with the work. That was over a year ago. Fast forward to today, on a long shot I contacted Curt to see if he could refer me to a retailer where I could purchase a basic plastic door sweep and shims. And instead of referring me he invited me out to his office where he gave them to me free. Talk about awesome customer service! Without a part name or part number, Wes figured out very quickly what I needed. He quoted me a price and invited me to come pick it up to avoid delivery charges. I am hoping ESP has everything I will ever need for my home as they are prompt about returning phone calls and very competent and professional. TL; DR Because I've been through several major renovations, I know that nothing ever goes as expected. Our most recent table top project fell into that category. I value integrity and honesty, and Wes & ESP stuck with the project until it was right. Wes even tried to give me the table top gratis, but I refused-- the work is as promised and of solid quality. In the end, that's what matters. I'd use ESP Supply again. The nitty gritty: ESP has provided services for us in several major renovations. These included design & installation of barn-door style shower doors, wall mirrors, and vanity mirrors. The glitches came most recently, with a table top project. We needed a long narrow glass top for built-in cabinets on the outside wall of a bedroom. The project took three tries. Our house is almost 100 years old, with nary a straight wall inside. ESP tried two different approaches to the project, one involving measuring, the other a new form of templating they were trying. Each time, when the glass arrived, it was too wide or not long enough by small amounts, sometimes as small as 1/8". The third time, Wes himself came out and templated. When the glass came in, he measured the template and the glass before he scheduled the delivery. And the glass fit perfectly and looks great. The installation guys wore booties, were masked (this was during COVID time), and cleaned every fingerprint off of that glass. They were polite. Wes himself was distressed at the inconvenience to us and the insufficiencies of his fabricator. There were never any excuses, just sincere apologies. I'd use them again. read more

Everything was going well, then they vanished. Here's my experience with ESP Supply. I called and got an employee to come out and see the project. They showed up when they scheduled and took measurements. Everything seemed good and they were going to email me the next day with a quote. A week later, still no email. I called them 3 times to ask for my quote and the guy on my project, Joe, said he'd already sent it. But my inbox was showing tumbleweeds. Since then I've gotten the email, but when I respond with questions or next steps - NOTHING. I think my last note was "Any chance I can get a reply on this today?" Of course, that was days ago. It's very disrespectful, honestly. I'm going with someone else, recommend skipping ESP Supply unless herding cats is something you feel intrinsically motivated to do! read more

What a terrible experience we had with this company. 60 days, 3 attempts, plus numerous holes drilled into my shower. We finally had to have another company come repair Esp's mistake. After Esp completed their job, they had a person call me the next day for payment. I tried to discuss my concerns with him, and communicate what the problem was, and his response was "i just want us to get paid". I had hopes in using ESP to replace all the shower doors in my rental's as well (9 shower doors) but after this experience no way. read more

The door came in quickly and the service was responsive and competent. Very friendly. WOW wish I would've known who I was dealing with before I let this company work in my house. As a high paying customer I expect that I be treated with respect no matter what the situation may be, especially when the owner of the company is the person I had to deal with. He was very rude to both my husband and I when we had questions even after we had paid half of our bill up front. He acted as if our questions were stupid and didn't have time. My shower leaked a significant amount of water after install. It took 4 calls and 7 business days to get someone out here to fix it!!!! When I pay over $1000 for a service I expect to be treated better. I would NEVER recommend ESP Supply to anybody. read more

4.5 stars. I am a tough reviewer and to get 5 stars, it has to be perfect. That said, I really had a good experience with ESP Supply. First, I emailed this company while I was still shopping. I got an email from an employee at ESP on a weekend, a quick response and a day they were not even open. A good start! Then the price I was quoted was equal or better than others and much more affordable than a couple of the bigger glass and mirror shops. The time between order and instal was pretty quick, about a week, and some shops were double that time. The guys who did the install showed up on time and the shower door looks really sharp. They installers left some debris for me to clean, not a ton, shavings from drilling, and thus - .5. Overall, this is a company that worked to provide a good product at a good price and didn't neglect service. We would use ESP again without reservation. read more
