When I reached out to find out what happened, he said that his water pressure machine broke down on the last call of the previous day. I understand things happening, but that didn't explain why he didn't call or text. He offered to do it the following day, Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I decided to give him one more try. I adjusted my schedule to have it done the following day. Again, he was a no call, no-show. I called and this time he said that his brothers wife went to the ER and he went with them. I had three vehicles that needed to be cleaned, a Maserati SUV, a BMW convertible top, and a Mercedes S580. We just moved to a new home, which resulted in us moving a bunch of dusty old boxes back and forth. Luis responded almost instantly with a very competitive quote, and we set a schedule up. He came to our house prepared, and got started working right away. My husband was concerned because the BMW is wrapped in vinyl, and wanted to make sure it was well taken care of. Luis did an amazing job, and I was very happy at how the results came out. I hadn't seen my car that shiny in a while, and he got all the dust and dead bugs out of each car from all the stuff we hauled back and forth.
