It comes with crab meat and a single shrimp sitting on top. Salmon was very smoky which was very nice. There was a tiny bit of shell in the crab meat and it was a tad dry (as was the fish). The dipping sauce had way too much apple cider vinegar. Food was otherwise seasoned very well. The order was prepared and delivered to me outside in around 5 min so I suspect the food was probably sitting for a bit under heat lamps. Next time I'll get here immediately after opening. Smoked red skinned garlic mashed potatoes was my side, along with sauteed cabbage. The mashed potatoes almost look like dressing due to all the seasonings. Everything was a little over $30. The area where this restaurant is located is strictly no-frills commercial industrial park. The kind of area where you typically see abundant auto repair shops and assorted trade commercial businesses, like glass install or tile. Nothing retail or sexy back there at all, and it's adjacent to Weingartner Chevrolet. The service also is (no-frills) friendly, grab and go after placing your order via their qsr menu. No place to sit because you aren't staying. The folks can cook so I would actually check it out again. They have interesting lamb entrees and some other stuff I'd like to try.

When I say, the entire table was pleasantly satisfied with what was presented to us. So much so, I wanted to personally go back to the kitchen to thank the chef. The portions were great. So great we definitely had to take some home. The only thing I would say could be better is the seafood gumbo cup and the cocktails (or lack thereof). The seafood gumbo could have been seasoned a bit more but nothing that a little salt and pepper couldn't fix. Also, this location doesn't serve cocktails though it is on their menu. They've been saying that for months. At this point, that phrase doesn't mean anything. It's not improvement if nothing actually improves. It just sounds like something they say to get people off their back while continuing to give the same low-effort service. The whole experience just feels lazy and inconsistent. You walk in expecting a smooth pickup or decent service, and instead you're dealing with horrible communication, and staff that act like helping you is optional. Nobody expects perfection, but basic customer service shouldn't feel like a favor. After a while, it starts to feel like they've gotten comfortable doing the bare minimum and calling it "progress" and that's just their standard now. It's sad.
